Well this week is peak week and I am just counting down the days hours and minutes until my first competition this year, my second competition EVER! - I’ve put on some good size and kept some bodyfat on me. I’m doing Bikini and Figure - would LOVE to place in both but I understand completely if I don’t. SO I would hope I can make over all in Bikini. I’ll be about 12% on Saturday which is a lot of figure and I would think great for bikini.

 Now just practicing posing and perfecting everything as the days go by.
