You’re going down, HAMSTRINGS!!

Wednesday, February 27th, 2008
I need to get these workouts typed out ‘fore I forget….they all sort of mesh together after a few days. I usually write in my journal in the sauna, but I have just been too damn sweaty to get anything onto that paper. I was thinking that I should come up with some sort of waterproof/sweatproof paper so the world can forever be rid of the worries that come along with jotting down in their journals while sitting in the sauna….That stuff will fly off the shelves! I’m sure of it!

Yesterday workout #1:
abs/cardio/a little legs

3 sets:
cable crunches X 50
leg lifts off bench X20

Spinning class 45 min

…It’s safe to say that I don’t “get in the zone” with Coldplay….or Dave Matthews!….come on! For spinning?…..We are not talking one or two songs….the whole class was like that…ughhhhhh. I resisted my ipod, which sat on the floor and stared at me the whole time.

Legs–high reps, but just a few exercises

Smith machine double leg press with varying leg positions X 120…I could barely stand up after that. My hams were cramping, so what did I do….?….

Single leg stiff leg deadlifts with one 8lb DB X 20 each side…..but I still had to abuse the hams more, so then…..

Prone leg curl X 65reps supersetted with
stability ball curls X 12…then the hams caught on fire and I had to jump in the pool!

Then I went back and did 100reps on the leg extension just to show those hams that I was an equal opportunity abuser!!

Yesterday Workout #2:
cardio/sauna

Xtrnr 20 min

Treadmill 12 min with 4 little circuits of the following:
-1min hike frontwards at 15%
-1min hike backwards at 15%
-1min walking lunges at 15%….for a total of 12min

Sauna 20min, but felt like an hour!
Planks in suana 3 sets of 1min/45sec/then like 30sec…b/c I was so exhausted

Today Workout: (hamstrings sore!)
interval training

Elliptical 10min

Treadmill 30 min, including interval training with gradual inclining hill sprints:

30-35 sec hill sprints, starting at 1% and then increasing by 1% grade each interval all the way up to 10% (walking in between for recovery) then walked the last 5 min at 15%

sauna 10min

I only got through those last two hill sprints thanks to my “go-to, please don’t let me die doing cardio today, kick a$$ song” courtesy of Disturbed…And those hills were just to torture my hamstrings more. I’ll leave them alone now for a few days I guess

Yo yo yo. I had a most excellent cardio workout today and a not-too-shabby workout yesterday, too!! How do I do it!! I don’t know…I usually get to the gym, change, but then blackout on my way out of the locker room….but I assume that I had an awesome workout!! I am sure I did!! Really, I just get my peeps at the front desk to hook me up with a tape out of the video cameras on my way out the door. “Have a nice day, DanicaX, and oh, here.. I pulled the tape for you as usual so you can review it later and see what you did. By the way…you have admirable urban dance moves!” Sweet! I thought I did!! ….I’ll check it out later

Yesterday Training:
cardio/upper very high reps/cardio

Crosstrainer 30min

Chest Press 100reps….ouch
Lat Pull 100reps…eeek
Seated dip machine 100reps…ahhhh
Incline DB curls 100reps….yeeouch!!
Overhead DB tri extension 40reps……oh, man..somebody shoot me!
Overhead press 40reps…..40reps? that’s all I could do I tell you!

Arc Trainer 30min

…and that, my friends is what I call a whole lotta reps! It was good, though. I am very sore from this today! I really started getting sore/tight last night and I couldn’t wait to wake up today to feel the extent of my pain!! I wish I could bottle this soreness up right now and eat it everyday for breakfast!! That’s how much I love it!!

Today’s Training:
cardio!! oh, and that sauna thing

StepMill 60min

suana/stretch 15min

See….what happened was I took 2 Cytoleans, then I got to the gym. I heard something peculiar coming from the cooler by the front door. I looked over (fatal mistake number 1!). Oh….it was that damn Speed Stack drinky drink!! That little purple Grape guy was calling my name and begging me to buy him again! He pulls this stunt everyday!! I don’t know what happened, but he ended up in my hands and I took a sip, then exclaimed, “What in the heck am I doing!!!??? I just took 2 Cytos!!” I tried to spit him out. Well, it was too late….that purple liquid crack already made it down me. It was only one little sip! Oh, but that’s all it takes…it’s like a damn gateway drug if you ask me. Baby, I got Speed Stack homemade popsicles in my freezer at all times!! That’s how versatile that stuff is. I’ve had friends featured on A&E’s Intervention for the tricky ways of Speed Stack….errrrr.

….Really I only had one sip of it. A hellacious bout of StepMill followed. It was raining when I entered the gym. Then the rain turned to snow…and 3 inches accumulated….that’s how long I was on that StepMill! I owned that StepMill today and it knew it.

I hereby declare today a day of rest…and shopping

Saturday, February 23rd, 2008
….Mainly b/c I broke my right leg AND arm in a 3-legged race at the county fair. NO I DIDN’T NO I DIDN’T!!! FYI I have never been to a county fair in my whole life, but I have seen my fair share of 3-legged races. But, see…now I feel a little better knowing that I have fully functional limbs. Man, I love those things!

Yesterday I did some cardio–10min StepMill, 30min elliptical, then sauna/abs. Today will be a day off from the gym. I wonder what tomorrow will bring….probably cardio and some upper body. Yesterday I was sore all over! That rotary upper back machine the other day did it and I knew it would. When I did those stiff legged deadlifts the next day I think that threw me over the edge….my whole upper back area was sore, and my abs. The abs are not sore now, but I attribute that to that spinning class that I did pretty much the whole time at about 90% of my maximal exertion. Maybe more at times…that led to a very heavy, but controlled breathing pattern!…and then I did those cable crunches/hip thrusts in a little circuit.

The quads were sore, too, from that damn cardio/legs/cardio session I did. That felt nice!! :) Anyways, today is a day off and I have other things to do like work. I will have to get my bodyfat tested again, too, so I need to make an appointment for that Monday or Tuesday. I will shoot for getting it done Friday or Saturday. If that girl makes me cry again, well, then I will just have to punch her in the knee like last time! Good news is no one can tell when you are crying underwater!! I plan it that way.

It is not quite as cold here as it was the other day. I have been carrying my little space heater around this joint all winter and sitting in front of it. That thing is all I got going for me now. I don’t think it is even mine really. Someone let me “borrow” it a few years ago…EVEN BETTER!! I’ve grown quite fond of that little guy over the past few months.

This afternoon will be spent taking the beast shopping for some new threads. He is really excited about it and is prancing around here with his purse ready to go. Note: I am gonna walking lunge all over that mall’s face today!!

These are a few of my favorite things….

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen GLITTENS!!!

Glittens, no more. I will have to wait til next year. It’s all swimsuits and sunscreen being sold now…And rightly so, being freezing cold and all. Yesterday morning the wind chill was like 30below or something crazy. -6 degrees…school was cancelled. Today I asked a 4 year old if he enjoyed his day off school yesterday. He’s a smart little guy. ..I started around age 11. This is what he said: "Ummmm, we didn’t have school tomorrow b/c it was zero degrees outside." It was about that time that he threw a snowball at my face and made me cry. He’s a strong little guy, as well as being a smart little guy.

Seriously, though….a few of my fave things: a picture of my bro and I as kids on Vday holding little heart cakes that we made. I ate both of them, thank you. I displayed this pic in my kitchen in honor of Vday. My Sigg water bottle, which serves many puposes other than holding water. I love that thing and I use it EVERYDAY!! It can also be used as a weapon. I rolled around on it in the sauna tonight and jabbed it in my back. Oh….and that Leprechaun mug I got at Goodwill for $0.99!! Go in for halloween costume clothes, come out the proud owner of a giant green mug and a black Nintendo sleeveless tshirt!! I was a winner that day….

Even though it was about 10degrees this afternoon, the Lieutenant aka the beast (dog) had to be walked. He was given the last of the Pepto that was in the fridge last night when I came home to see that he had successfully swiped a big bag of supplements that I had in a freezer ziploc bag on the counter. In that bag were some Cytolean, vitamins, ground flax seed…..and some other stuff. Protein maybe? I don’t know b/c it is all gone. He ate all the powders, chewed up and spit out some capsules. I don’t really know. I gotta set up some surveillance cameras around this joint to see what’s going on. I don’t think he ingested the Cytolean or any actual pills, but he did slobber on them and toss them around a bit. I think that damn green monkey (Money Money Monkey) popped a few. They are both going crazy if you ask me. The beast’s other friend, Cocoa the Dinosaur is the only sane sumbitch in this house….Yes, I live in this house. When I walked in last night, this is what I saw:
 0251.JPG
That damn hound was passed out with his two homies on the floor. Whatever. Pepto soon followed. FYI, the vet told me to do that when he eats unauthorized rubbish.

Yesterday I did some cardio and upper body at the gym with the equipment I like for upper body. It makes sense if you think about it….

Yesterday training:
cardio/shoulders & back/suana

Elliptical 45min

3 sets, 15-20 reps of the following supersets:
Rotary shoulder press
Lateral Raise machine

Rotary Lat Pull
Rotary Upper Back

Seated Row (I am sore from this today :) )
Bent over Reverse flyes

DB front/lateral raises

sauna 25min

Today’s Magnificant Leg Workout:

Today was a leg day sandwiched by cardio! It was delicious!

StepMill 20min– high intensity, with intervals for last 6-7 minutes (I almost died, but not quite…)

Legs– 2 supersets of the following:
leg extensions 25 reps
walking lunges X 25

Cable static lunges X 15each
Single leg stiff legged deadlift with DB X 15 each

2 sets of single leg presses on Smith Machine X 30 reps, then 25 reps

Single leg stiff legged deadlifts again X 20
Step ups X 15 each

2 sets leg press machine X 25-30 reps

3 supersets of:
Standing leg curl X 12
leg curl on ball X 12-15

Treadmill walking lunges X 150

Recumbent bike 20 min,  intervals

sauna 35min…..This was only gonna be 30min, but the dude with Tourette’s was in there and I had to stay for that!! No, that is not a laughing matter, but when you are delirious and sweaty and childish like me….well, it is only partly comical. He called me names!! Ok, he really didn’t, but I think he was trying to set us all on fire. He was hunched over the hot rocks and I seriously smelled something burning. Oh, and I did a set of hip thrusts towards the end of my sauna time….and, yes the sweat pouring off my legs ended up in my eyes!! It was great! FYI, I kick it in the sauna with a large towel so I don’t leave a leave sweat or sit in anyone elses.

She’s baaaaaack….

Just got home from the local gymnasium and I had an awesome cardiovascular workout. I haven’t gotten in some good, steady cardio aside from running my mouth in a few days. I even caught the nooner spinning class! Horray for me! Good job, Danica. Thank you, Danica, and you look very nice today. :)

Ok, first of all I like my personal space. I don’t like close talkers unless they smell quite nice and are easy on the eyes…..And I definitely DO NOT like speed walkers that tailgate you while you are minding your own business walking into the gym, up the stairs and into the locker room. For crying out loud, people, walk around!!! Pass me on the right, the left, jump over me, I don’t really care. Just don’t trail behind me about 2 inches away from my heels and huff and puff and sigh…..WHATEVER!!!  Oh, I know you are there alright…..that is mostly the reason for my walking so slow, stutter stepping, jab stepping, stop-n-go and no use of turn signals….GET A CLUE!

Yeah, this lady was following very closely behind me. Was she trying to hide from someone? I don’t know. Maybe. There were about 100 open lockers…she picked one about 2 lockers away from the one I went to. Nice. Oh, what is this? She started throwing clothes everywhere and obviously was in a VERY big hurry. Hahahahaa. I thought of this as more of a competition. I was determined to get undressed/dressed and out of that locker room faster than her. I think she knew it, too. Shoes off! Towels out! Ipod out! Pepper spray out! Throw bag in! Lock put on! Done!!! "Woo Hoo! Yes! IN YOUR FACE, close walker!!!" If she didn’t know it was a locker room changing competition before, she did after I yelled that and threw my hands up in tha air. I was just trying to show her that you can, indeed, get changed quick and not walk QUITE so closely to people, mainly me. Note: she DID NOT smell quite nice…..it would have been a different story then.

TRAINING:
cardio/abs

spinning 60min

superset:
cable crunches 3 X 50
hip thrusts on bench 3 X 25

I took 2 cytoleans before spinning. That class felt good. I haven’t been in a week…or two….I can’t really remember. I did, however, stand most of the time and climb or run. The instructor was a sub, not that it made any difference to me b/c I never go on Tuesdays at that time anyways. She had awlright music….for a girl. Hahahaha. Just kidding…it was ok music though. A lot better than most classes. I personally like instructors who don’t talk the entire (ENTIRE) class and count (especially when they are WAY off) and well, man I have a lot of pet peeves. I’ll just stop there before I look like a stuck up spinning snob. Am I really that demanding? YES!!! Ok, but the music was ok. Also…Enter Sandman…you gotta stand on that one, C’MON PEOPLE!!! That is just too angry of a song to sit and spin. SIT AND SPIN!!! I stood, don’t worry. They all sat, but were gonna stand "the last 30 seconds." Those last 30 seconds never happened b/c SOMEONE DIDN’T KNOW THE SONG AND WHEN IT ENDED!! I won’t say who, but the person I’m talking about rhymes with "instructor."  Man! I guess I forgot the rhyming part. I always do that!! I’m a horrible rhymer. I got my climbing in, though, and that’s all I care about. I’m so selfish like that!!

Workin it out in the Burgh

Sunday, February 17th, 2008
My workouts have been modified the past few days due to the fact that I’ve had to keep my eye on this “king marmoset” character in Pittsburgh. Good lord…that’s kind of like a workout in and of itself, a mental one anyways. He tried to keep me from working out and instead pump me full of booze and laziness all weekend, but I wasn’t having it. Luckily there was a nice gym here (in Pittsburgh) that allowed such characters as us (him!) in their facility. That was a relief b/c I felt like a lazy bum after my trip here and running around like a crazy person.

I did bring my supplements with me and took them as I usually would before my workout. I had to create a makeshift funnel with some paper towels b/c I didn’t have room to bring my shaker bottle and had to use a regular water bottle. I thought someone who claims to be a king would have such a thing as a shaker at his home, but noooooo. That’s what happens when you have expectations. Saturday’s workout was legs and a little cardio. Today, Sunday was upper body and a little cardio. I think the weights were heavier here. Dunno why…I think there is something up with this city. The StepMill also seemed harder. I did about 5 minutes and that was enough of that nonsense. Man….it was an old school StepMill, too. It didn’t have a little ledge to put a magazine, and didn’t have a spot for water either…..I need those two things to be present!! Do I read or drink water on there….hell no, but I need it!! I don’t know what was up with it, but 5 min was all that thing got out of me today.

It was a new gym and both times we went shortly before it closed so I couldn’t do my usual 1/2 day workouts. Basically I just jumped around and did different exercises as I walked around. Two things that rocked about that gym: 1) the water was super cold–the coldest I’ve ever had 2) In the locker room there was a giant roll of what I thought were paper towels for hand drying. I went to grab some with my soaking wet grubby hands. Those weren’t paper towels at all….they were plastic trash bags to put your wet clothes in. I was so impressed with that!! That’s the type of thing that impresses me….At my gym I usually put my wet clothes in that spinner thing that the swimmers put their trunks in to get out the excess water. That’s how much I sweat, folks. Oh…..and I don’t wash my hands. That was a joke…I believe there is a direct correlation between the fact that I am dirty and never wash my hands and the fact that I never get sick. Coincidence? No.

Saturday Training:
legs/cardio

3-4sets 15-20
Smith machine leg press (except this one I did 40-50 reps)
Step Ups
Standing leg curl
Smith machine lunge
Leg extension
Single leg stiff legged deadlifts
DB glute kickbacks
Arc trainer 15min

Sunday Training:
upper body, cardio

3-4sets 15-20
Seated cable row
Reverse grip Hammer Strength Lat Pulldown
Pushups on bench
Upright rows
Straight bar standing curls
Incline DB curls
DB Skull crushers
DB pullovers
DB overhead press
Reverse flyes
Bench dips

StepMill 5min
Treadmill 15min/ walk incline 15%, walking lunges

Big Bag of Burgh Bombs

Thursday, February 14th, 2008
Today was a busy day!! I got lots of movement, with all the chores that I had scheduled for myself!!! I did get my face (whole face ‘n’ brows) threaded again today, so that counts for an isometric full body workout as I stated the horrible pain it caused last time I sat in that torture chair with every muscle flexed equally as hard. Of course, today was not as bad (pain wise) as the last time, but it took slighty longer….I will consider that the equivalent of lower weight/higher reps, or an endurance type of activity. :) Plus, I cried again…just for the extra drama and added calorie burn!!

Also….I am not kidding when I say I picked up Lt Dan dog bombs in the yard for a half hour. That’s a whole lot of bending and squatting! No pooper scooper….just thick rubber gloves and plastic bags, and sometimes a camelback full of Heineken. Plus,  there were extra dog bombs revealed by the recently melted snow!! I needed some Vapoorize!! That’s from that movie Envy, BTW….and what a fabulous idea indeed….but not in an aerosol can, of course. That bag of bombs really weighed a ton and I took full advantage!! Lateral bends, deadlifts, squats…..that was it, I swear!!!!
I was amazed how heavy it was, really…..I weighed it and took a pic for proof!! Supposedly 33.5 lbs, but WHATEVER!!! That scale has been hitting the booze lately! It can’t be trusted.

TRAINING:
giant bag of frozen Lt Dan dog bomb Squats 50 X 33.5
” ” ” ” ” ” deadlifts 30 X 33.5
” ” ” ” ” ” lateral bends 20 X 33.5 each side

Ok, I didn’t count that as my workout….but I figured I’d log it anyways b/c it is really strenuous physical labor. Basically I have been so super busy today that I didn’t have a structured workout. I may……may pull a midnighter, similar to a nooner, only 12 hours difference. Note: I have not fully committed to that decision yet!!!

Photo proof of weight!!!…..and monkey acting like he did all the work!

YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS!!

Flava Flaaaaaaaaaaav

Man, it was super cold today, especially this morning!! Single digits. Once upon a time approximately one month ago I had some bangin’ mittens. They were lovely, all black and sock puppet-like. The cool thing was they were gloves halfway (to about mid-finger), then had the mitten part you could flip over your fingers for the conversion!! The thumb even had it’s own flapper thing. Sometimes you need those fingers free. I, however, should wear them year-round while driving b/c I have a "flippin" road rage problem, if you catch my drift!!  Wear mittens, problem solved.  Anyways, I left my glove/mittens in the locker room about 2 weeks ago. Of course someone took them…they were totally cool. I’ve been mourning their loss ever since and have been wearing my other gloves despite the fact they don’t match anything!!

So I was driving, had my ipod plugged in….I’m freezing…I’m trying to jam out. I go to scroll the button thing….Sorry, folks…You can’t do that with gloves on. I tried more than once. The glove-slash-mittens were awesome b/c I could have my thumb flapper up and that would leave me with 1/2 an exposed thumb to do the scolling/volume. Stupid gloves!! No way was I taking off the whole glove…It was FREEZING!!! I am happy to report that the tongue does almost as good a job as a thumb!! That is right…..YES!  I! DID!  It was just a natural instinct really, I didn’t think of the trizillion germs on it until after the fact. Jamming out cannot be interrupted by the bitter cold…not if I have anything to say about it!

I worked out at a different gym today. I did chest/back there about 2 months ago and told myself I should start doing upper body there b/c they have a ton of stuff that none of the other ones have. That never happened. I told myself that again today! We’ll see….I had an awesome workout. I determined that the setup there rocks as well, and the people don’t mess around. I don’t even think I saw one true weirdo. I wasn’t even approached by anyone with any propositions!! I even made a friend in the locker room bathroom when I broke into the tampon machine for this lady!! Hey, she already put her money in and got nothing!! No lame machine is gonna gank my locker room bathroom buddy! Besides, I have small wrists by nature and sticky fingers by trade.

I saw this nice little asian couple working out together. Legs….awwww, isn’t that cute? NO!!! It was weird. They were super bendable!! The man caught my eye when he was throwing himself about on the dip bars like a rag doll. Then….it got really weird. They had the square steps set up in a nice little line….short bench, taller bench, super tall bench. The woman was doing step ups on the short one, then the taller one. That super tall bench came up to about my hip….that asian dude came up to about my elbow….he was doing step ups on that….YOU do the math!! Then they did the hip adduction/abduction for 30 minutes.

I took my usual concoction of supplements today. One Cytolean, 1 scoop SuperPump, 1/2 scoopt SizeOn. I was feeling good. I have had really good, long, intense workouts with that combo…except that one weird leg day, or attempt of leg day a few weeks ago. Other than that, it’s been great. I did upper body, then some cardio and sauna. I actually wrote the workout down today!! I love their back and chest machines…and a lot of other stuff. They have some decline ab benches that the other gyms don’t have. There aren’t any settings, just super steep!! Kinda of a "V" shape….that’s it! No fancy pants stuff. Also….ha…the AbSolo. Oh, man that thing is like an arcade basketball game kind of.  Here’s a pic….http://www.absolo.com/. I just did one set, you know…just to try it. I rocked at it!! I kept thinking I was winning a lot of tickets and could maybe go buy a nice protein bar or something…..no. No tickets pop out of anywhere! I checked.

Wankstas in the Sauna…

Monday, February 11th, 2008

I figured I better log this fine workout before I forget what I did, which has partly happened already.

Cardio:

Ice skated in a giant pot hole in the street that I FILLED WITH WATER the other day. Man, that was pretty much the best idea I’ve ever had!! I had orange cones, construction barrels and crime scene tape set up around me so I wouldn’t get ran over….I basically put myself on display for the locals. A good time was had by all! Oh, except for Lt. Dan….his ice skates didn’t fit. hahaah! Oh, BTW I ordered some kick a$$ shoes today!  :) Zappos…free overnight shipping! I love that site, mostly b/c I am an impatient brat!! :)

Danica, you know better than to go to the gym on Monday night and do legs!!! Yes, I know… Why do I do that? I don’t know….why do I lie? Mostly b/c it’s fun…

TRAINING:
legs, sauna ‘n stretch…and get massage offers! Yes…that really happened

warmup on StepMill and scope the gym for who I can push off of what…

Smith Machine presses - 2 X 100 25’s, 1X30 45’s, then back down to 25’s for a few more sets of a lot!!….30 min total, people were upset…whatever!!

Smith Machine lunges 1 X 15 each
Step Ups on bench X 20each

Stiff Legged DL 2 X 20 light wt due to bum back
Walking lunges with medicine ball…and a twist! 2 X 25

Single legged stiff legged DL with a DB 2 X 15 each
Prone leg curl on a bench with DB (light…8 lbs?)…were hard today 3 X 15
Glute kickback with DB 2 X 20

Lateral step/squat with resistance band around ankles (blue I think..the hard one) 2 X 25 each way

ArcTrainer 5 min of my zig zagger/crossover abs…kinda my new thing. I like doing this better on the Elliptical…I totally need to watch myself in the mirror one of these days! See why everyone is staring and pointing…No, I wasn’t singing!!…and nobody pointed, either, but I did get the bird 3 times from the same angry treadmiller….

sauna 30min/ rolled around on a foam dumbell (courtesy of the water aerobics bin) I like the foam rollers better, but that was too big and awkward for the sauna. That’s when the crazy dude doing pushups, running in place and breathing so heavy I couldn’t hear my music asked if I had kinks in my back and then "oh, because I was gonna say I could give you a massage….I know all about kinks!!" What? I’m not even gonna get into it….I’m just not. I couldn’t even laugh about it to anyone when he left b/c sadly he was the most normal of the group….besides me, obviously….**twitch*twitch**blooop**

Oh, supplements!!..Yeah, I was at the gym tonight for about 2 hours. I’ve said it before, but I’m serious that SuperPump/SizeOn one/two punch is like crack…or is it meth? I don’t know….but I can keep going and going..tonight I had to leave though. I was escorted out! And that’s all I’m gonna say….Stupid gym and their stupid rules!!!

I’m gonna cop me a foam roller!!

Sunday, February 10th, 2008
I just had an awesome workout. It had to be a quick one and I did cardio and some abs. I had the aerobics room all to myself so I thought I’d make up some new stuff, which basically meant that I rolled around on the floor, the ball, and a foam roller looking really super awesome. I woulda been in the clear had it not been for those damn motion lights that came on!! I’m all about testing out new exercises in the dark… I love those foam rollers! They are the ish!! I think I may get one (or acquire one…wink, wink…). It’s all about wearing the baggie pants when it comes to ganking things at the gym that aren’t yours…yet.

Training:
cardio/abs

2 Cytolean
elliptical 40min — high incline, some speed intervals, some slow jam abs, which works very nicely in reverse I might add—kind of a backstroke motion. I’m not a swimmer BTW
walking lunges X 65
abs on ball, foam roller— some hip thrusts, reverse curls, and a bunch of stuff I don’t even know what the heck it was.

I can’t wait to get hyphy tomorrow at the gym with a nice, long workout which will probably consist of some SuperPump, SizeOn, cardio, legs and actin a foo!!!

**Note: I am going to be representin’ in my blogs by using some vocab from my Slang 2 Flashcards that I just got. A dear, dear, bit-of-a-thug friend of mine sent them to me and they KICK A$$!!! Notice how they assumed I could just jump over the Slang 1 cards…..I ain’t no newb, homes!!!
