DAYS 31/32..
Ok, so Thursday night I lied about the one workout, and about me doing two on Friday…well, b/c that’s what we sinners do!! And I’d lie again about it if I had to!! Alright, so Thurs after I blogged I felt a little surge of energy so I figured I’d go do some cardio at the local gymnasium. It was grand…Step Mill/bike. Yesterday, Friday, I got up and swallered a few of them Cytolean things and mentally prepared myself for some psycho treadmill hill intervals. I drive to the closer gym. I could not believe my eyes!!! The lot was full and there were like 8 cars frantically swarming around trying to find an open spot. ‘Nuff of this BS…I’m driving to another gym. . haha!! See ya later suckas!!
THere was a red truck that came in the lot right behind me. He followed me all around the lot and must have thought the same thing I did cuz he followed me out of the lot as well. What? Ok, this sorta freaked me out….was this guy really driving all the way to the other gym to workout? NO–couldn’t be true. Cuckoo…Turns out I was right about that one…he turned off about a mile down the street….amatuer, just as I suspected.
FRI TRAINING:
cardio/intervals
treadmill sprints 40 sec, walk 1 min for 25 min
Today I experimented with 2 1/2 scoops of SP 250 and 1 Cytolean. Hey, rules are meant to be broken….and I’m a bad@ss My next move may be 6 cups of SP mixed in Red Bull and 4 Cytoleans washed down with some coffee…decaff, though…of course. I felt alright with the combo of the two stimulants. Nothing too crazy…but I probably won’t be doing that except when I do legs. I may have to change my workout times b/c the gym is getting so stinkin packed…I feel like a sardine in that place sometimes. Oh, but every 3 seconds there’s someone new touring the damn place. I gotta think of a plan that will turn these potential members off. Patchouli? No…I’d only be hurting myself with that one. They’d probably end up liking the damn stuff anyways. I could always fake Tourettes and say some really offending comments when they’re taking their little stroll around….that’s always a good go-to plan (blind date getting on your nerves?) If all else fails I may have to throw gum in hair or throw a few chocolate bars in the pool…

Yo slacker now I’m on to you! This whole blog is just a fantasy.I’ll bet you just sit on the couch in front of the tv and watch the biggest looser& celeb. fit club back to back while eating bon-bons than make up some sort of workout!! It’s ok your secret is safe I wont tell anyone
