Lemme see…my day started off with 2 cytolean and some interval training. I did a hodgepodge of cardio today…kinda the ADHD in me…
WORKOUT 1

StairMaster (which I never do…) 40sec intervals for 20 min
StairMaster for another 10 min
…and then another 5 min backwards, which someone told me about today…I don’t know if I like this…little hard on the knees and really awkward…but hey, I’ll try anything once…I’m still pondering this backwards thing…
elliptical 5 min….that got boring real quick
Versa Climber 5 min…which I swear were the longest 5 freakin minutes of my life…and I’ve NEVER seen anyone do this thing

I took just under 3 scoops of SuperPump 250 tonight before I lifted. I decided to do a full upper body workout tonight, plus some abs and a little cardio. Nobody was there to keep an eye out for my vein…and the crowd was a little scary/ghetto tonight so I kept to myself about it. There was the one dude who thinks he’s god’s gift to women…but I’m not asking him. I purposely avoid even looking in his direction cuz he thinks he’s really hot and it’s sooo annoying. Plus, one night he comes all the way over to where I am from across the gym to show me a “variation” of an exercise….Ummm, whatever….get away!! I don’t need YOUR help, thank you very much…and while you’re here, let me pop your big, fat head so we all have a little more breathing room around here…

decline barbell skull crushers 4 sets of 20-25, last set with DB
standing barbell bi curls 3 sets 15
incline DB curls 2 sets 2-15
seated DB arnold press 3 sets of 20
bent over reverse DB flyes 2 sets of 15-20
preacher barbell curls 3 sets of 15
standing DB overhead tri extension 2 sets of 20
FreeStyle cable seated chest press 1 set of 15
pushup with DB/single arm row at the top 2 sets of 15
assisted dips 2 sets of 20
tri extension machine 3 sets 20-25
preacher curl machine 3 sets of 25-30
3 sets of 15-20
reverse crunch on bench
hip thrusts with twist
Arc trainer 20 min
sauna/stretch
Hamstrings are still sore and that damn StairMaster almost killed me this morning. Tomorrow will be cardio for sure. I don’t think I’ll have enough in me to do legs…probably need another day of rest for those.
