Yeah–I’m gonna experiment with two Cyto. tomorrow.
AM TRAINING:
cardio
20 min Step Mill/ speed intervals
10 min bike
stretch
I took one scoop (plus a tiny little smidge more
) of SP 250 on my way to the gym. By my first few sets I felt really pumped up. I felt like I could be there for hours!
PM TRAINING:
legs/glutes
4 supersets of the following:
-leg press (20-25, dropset from 75)
-lunges with cable (20X 40)
-leg extension (drop set from 50lb X 20-30)
-seated curl (40lb X 20-30)
-treadmill walking lunges, incline 15%–about a hundred
-backwards walking 15 % for about 3 min
4 giant sets:
-single leg bench step ups X20, no weight
-single leg cable glute kickbacks (drop set from 35lb X 30-50)
-low back extension (no weight, squeeeze the glutes and hams X 12-15)
-single leg lunges with back leg on bench (burnout…was fried after about 15)
I do quick-paced MONSTER leg workouts. I love to do giant sets, but the gym was kinda busy tonight and people were getting in my way!!! I have goals here, people….MOVE!! A Ludacris song comes to mind…hmmm. So, I had to improvise a bit b/c I couldn’t hog all the machines. What was it, like National Leg Workout Day today? Geeez–everyone and their brother was doing legs tonight! I think I even saw my methuselah (as King Marmoset called him) neighbor puttin in work on the hip sled! Word?
