It is becoming a routine for me. I do well during the week with my diet, but come the weekend I go out and eat. Then, on Monday when I get on the scale I gained a couple of pounds. I know it is not worth eating out, but my fiance likes to go out and eat on the weekends and I end up eating also.
I have been losing weight naturally and didn’t want to take any supplements, but it is getting harder and harder. I can’t seem to go under 160 and am getting very tempted with the food. I got sick 3 weeks ago and got out of the gym routine. I need to get back on track with the exercising. I started taking the xenadrine today. Hopefully, I can get motivated with these pills. I don’t want to take them for more than a month.
