Training Pregnant
Well, after I got past the fact that I can’t lift as much because of the baby, I tried modifying my exercises. I actually find that I get totally discouraged as though my progress is stunted. Too much cardio and I feel the vericose veins encroaching like vermin. Too much weight training or training too heavily and I can’t peel my butt out of bed to get the kids to school in the morning without moaning the entire time about how I’d kill their worst enemy if only I could have Starbucks!
I’m only 3 months pregnant and already I look like I’m 6. Cellulite is my new best friend and my supplements are now accompanied by my newly found gag reflex.
But she’s going to be so friggin’ cute!!!
