Take that pic you have as your avi, print it out and on it write "Do you want to keep looking like this? THEN GEY UP OFF YOUR ASS!" Put it where you will see it every day. You either want change or you dont. So are you going to do something about it or not?

I’m not being mean, but do you think I always looked liked this? No. I wanted a change and I knew the only person that could do something about it was me and sitting around wont going to make it happen and I knew it was not going to happen over night.

I agree with BigBossMike. You and only you have to want to do it. The only true motivation is self-motivation.

I’m queen of excuse land so I try to make excuses as to why I should work out. Think of the reasons why you wanted to work out in the first place and use those thoughts to fuel you. Make weekly goals. Whether it’s to do cardio 5 days a week, or eat clean all week, or both. Cutting the time down to weeks or months makes the big picture manageable.

Just make yourself go for a solid week… Once the pounds start dropping you will be motivated to NOT STOP!!! Results keep me going
Remember : NO EXCUSES !!!
just look at all the before and after pics on here

you said it your self brother. YOU are the one creating excuses as to why you can’t get to the gym. Understand that whatever goals you set can’t be acheived over night. Think about it in this light. You are a stock right now with potential. However its not a stock that will rocket in just a ew days. Take stock in your physical, mental and emotional health. Stop coming up with reasons why you shouldn’t and focus on the reasons why you should.

Set a time everyday and go… Try getting a workout partner that WILL hold you accountable… set an alarm or reminder…. If anything do some cardio and body weight excercises for the times you do not go (but you should really go). Just know that every day and every week that goes by it gets easier and easier to go. I look forward to it now, but it took awhile for that to take effect.
