hi all. i know its been a little while, i fell off the horse for a while. what with the divorce and all. but im back!!!! and going at it harder than ever
i moved to another state but kept the same gym, (and thats why i love golds gym soooo much) i will have some pics soon to show progress, even the backwards progress that has happened since i was on last.
i will include flexing pics as well. if anyone can give me a little uplifting advice i would really appreciate it. god its good to be back and back on the horse again.

hi all and thank you for your support, i need to get some help with my motivation issues. i want to go to the gym but it seems like every time i have time to go i come up with excuses why i cant go. i just need some help with figuring out ways to make myself go. i just think that things arent moving fast enough and i get mad and want to quit. any help and pointers would be wonderful. thank you all so much for your support

hi all my name is Daniel and i’m a fat guy. my goal is to go from 333 lbs which is where i am now to 240 lbs with a 6 to 10 percent body fatĀ is there any one who could give me some pointers?
