YESTERDAY WAS LEG DAY, AS I POSTED BEFORE I CHANGED MY ROUTINE AND DID A BUNCH OF SINGLE LEG EXERCISES AND IT WENT EXTREMELY, PAINFULLY WELL. I WANT EACH OF MY LEGS TO BE AS STRONG AS THEY CAN BE ON THEIR OWN. YOU USE MORE MUSCLE FIBERS WHEN U USE ONLY ONE LEG. SO TODAY IS CHEST AND SHOULDERS AND I’M LOOKING FORWARD TO IT. THERES GONNA BE INCLINE AND DECLINE BENCH PRESS AND DUMBBELL FLYS, OH MAN!LOL. WISH ME LUCK!

o.k. yet another leg day has come. but today I’m going to shake things up a bit. theres gonna be a couple single leg exercises. Single leg presses,smith machine lunges just to name a few. i also plan to add more weight. so i got a lot of work to do. see ya when i get back.

Well I’m back in the gym and eating right. i haven’t worked out for like two months before this last week and it felt like it.during those past two months i haven’t touch any fried food or soda and not much candy or junk, but i did eat a few burgers and some things that i won’t mention. but like i said i’m back and this time it’s on. Their will be some new photos posted around 10/15.

So far this year things have been looking pretty good. I’ve been sticking to my diet and work-out. I have yet to drink one soda or eat anything fried, i stopped eating fast food last year so thats not a problem at all. It’s kind of funny how after you stop that junk (fast food) you don’t even want it anymore. In fact it’s kind of disgusting. But back to the topic , I’ve been taking my supplements and i added CGT-10 which is 5 grams creatine, 3 grams L-Glutamine and 2 grams Taurine. I’ll be posting some pics up at the end of the month. Usually after about 2 or 3 weeks of dieting I’m dying to take a break and give myself a little treat (ice cream I’m thinking) but i have to say I’m o.k . So I’m not gonna spoil it, But it feels good to say i deserve it. So to wrap it up i think this is gonna be a good year, it will the first year i have worked out all year. WISH ME LUCK!!!

Oh shit. In the last week i worked out about 3 times. I know, i know, but i just got over a bad cold and i was pissed. The first day i woke up with it i wanted to throw something or someone. But i tired my best to get over it as quickly as possible, which means cold medicine and lots of liquid. But now I’m over it and oh man i have to make up. So yesterday and today I WAS IN THE ZONE. Haha. I did every rep perfectly till it burned, and then did another set of reps. I work the shit out of my abs also. but i still feel behind. Oh well use it as motivation.
