THIS YEAR.
January 14, 2008So far this year things have been looking pretty good. I’ve been sticking to my diet and work-out. I have yet to drink one soda or eat anything fried, i stopped eating fast food last year so thats not a problem at all. It’s kind of funny how after you stop that junk (fast food) you don’t even want it anymore. In fact it’s kind of disgusting. But back to the topic , I’ve been taking my supplements and i added CGT-10 which is 5 grams creatine, 3 grams L-Glutamine and 2 grams Taurine. I’ll be posting some pics up at the end of the month. Usually after about 2 or 3 weeks of dieting I’m dying to take a break and give myself a little treat (ice cream I’m thinking) but i have to say I’m o.k . So I’m not gonna spoil it, But it feels good to say i deserve it. So to wrap it up i think this is gonna be a good year, it will the first year i have worked out all year. WISH ME LUCK!!!
