i’ve been hittin the weight pretty hard lately and i seeing some results,but i gotta tell you i’m paying for it the next day when i get to work,lol. see i’m a gear machining operator for Caterpillar and i do a lot of repetitive lifting so on days when i work my arms the next day i sometimes drag ass at work cause i’m sore from the previous workout. i don’t wanna go to light cause i’m feel like i’m not hittin like i should but i also don’t wanna be payin for it the next day at work,lol. i was wondering if anybody in manufacturing jobs or any job where you lift a lot was having this problem?

hey what’s good everybody,i took some pics the other day and i gotta say i’m not happy at all with my progress. I’ll be taking some pics here in about a week that i’m gonna post in the progress section. I just gotta clean up my diet and make sure that i stick to it. I gotta say that this website is really powerful all the different transformation going on here. I know there are a lot of people out there that don’t know about bodyspace and could use the motivation to kick start there journey to a healthier lifestyle. I’ve gotten lots of compliment about my weight lost and being so dedicated to reaching my goals. I have to say that without bodyspace and some of the people i’ve met on here(GO TEAM DAKENE) i might not have been where i’m at today as far as my training goes. So basically what i’m saying is thank you to everyone that sent me comments,posted your progress pics and just taking the time out to hear what i was saying about anything. Spread the word there are so many positive reason for people to join bodyspace and the people are the #1 reaso why, so get out there and get your family,friends and co-workers if there are struggling to change their lifestyle cause this is the place to do it. This is just a quick blog to everyone out there that keeps congratulating my on my issa cft. I’m not a personal trainer just yet i still have to finish my book and take my test. I’ve said it before i don’t like to just sit and read so 660 pages can take quite awhile to get through and retain,lol. Right now i’m on page 515 and reading at least 25 pages a day(is my reading goal) i know that my not be much but it’s enough for me i read 75 pages yesterday. I’m going to try and read 50 to 75 today and finish the book by this weekend so i can be certified by May. So then everybody can come back and tell me congratulations,LOL!!! Keep in touch and keep it real!

Respect lets talk about it for a minute,see it’s come to my attention that some people i’ve come across seem to feel disrespected by some of the messages or comments i’ve made. Hey i’m a keep it real kinda guy and that’s what i do keep it real. For any of you out there that feels as though i disrespected you i’m sorry for that as most of what i say is just harmless fun or at least i thought so. I have to remember that some people take things differently and better then other people. So from here on out lets just all get along.  Lets motivate and dedicate ourselves to helping other here on bodyspace and anywhere else some may need motivation whether it be with fitness or whatever.
