“Personal” in Personal Training.
Tuesday, June 3rd, 2008Hey what’s up bodyspacers,got a quick question for you(personal trainers) that i need some advice on. How do you deal with people you are training that no matter what you just can’t get tem to be positive. I mean I’m training someone that it seems like right before they show up for there training session they think about how the can make the training session so difficult and negative. I mean it’s everything from body language to verbally just flat out saying no to pretty much anything that might be a little challenging and intense. As a trainer i know we aren’t gonna be like at time during the workout but i kinda take it personal that maybe i’m the one doing something wrong,but the crazy part is this person is getting great results and i can’t understand why the are still so negative about the on training session?
