Back on track

Hey what’s good bodyspacers,it’s ya man Dakene Issa. I gotta tell you i fell off here these last few days had some personal issues that really had me depress and not very motivated,but i’m back baby a ready to get it on and poppin again. I’m not real happy with the progress i’m making so i’m going to have to turn it up a notch in the gym and really tighten up my diet. Truthfully my diet has been suck’n this last week or so,I let my emotions get the best of me and pretty much said "**** it" but that was a temporary thing. I mean no body’s perfect right we fall down to get right back up you feel me. I’m heading in to work shoulders and do some cardio,i’ve been neglecting my shoulders really bad so i’m go to give them a good workout tonight. Well anyway some me some love and suppor,everybody out there keep doing what you do!!!

Hey what’s good bodyspacers i’ve been hitting the gym pretty hard and i soon will be posting progress pic. Look for them around November 16th i want it to be one month exactly from my starting pic. I gotta say that bodyspace has really kept me on my toes and i want to thank everyone that has added me to their friends  list and those of you that will add me to you friends list. For once i honestly feel like this is it,no turning back. I’m looking straight ahead to my goals and all of you are helping me whether you know it or not. I’ve never seen a bigger support group then the one here on bodyspace. Come with me on my journey for a healthier and on around better lifestyle. So stay tune……

Chest Day!!!

Heading to the gym  here in a lil bit to work on my chest and do some cardio. I going to switch it up a bit from what i normally do for chest. I tend to use machines a lot when working my chest and i feel that’s part of the reason my chest hasn’t come out like i would like it to.So today i’m going to incorporate more free weight and body weight exercises to make me work a lil bit harder get those stablizing muscle more involved. Plus it well be different for me, i’ll admit i sometimes shy away from free weight but it’s mostly because i don’t usually have a workout partner to spot me when going really heavy and i rather be safe then sorry you dig? I’m going to try a record this workout and post it in my video section to stay tune….
