Heading to the gym for some early morning cardio then it’s off to work.After work i’m going in to lift,i’m working chest today and shoulders maybe throw in some abs if i have time!
Heading to the gym today for a good chest workout and some cardio! I’m excited about starting my training routine i’ve been outta the gym for about 3 or 4 months and feeling like shit but it’s on and poppin now pimpin!!!!!!!!
