Implants!!!!!
July 21, 2008What’a good people, just a quick question to all the ladies out there with implants. My friend i’m training is really thinking about getting her "a pair"( i make it sound like shoes or something,lol)anyway i was wondering what’s the best way to go about it cause for some reason she was talking to me like i would know,lol. I’m asking like do you think it best under the muscle on top of the muscle there the armpit or whatever you get my point hit me up please.

July 17, 2008How many of you here are married or in a relationship? What is a guy to do when no matter what he does you just can’t seem to pick your significant other up and motivate them to lose weight? Yet no matter what your the blame for why it’s not happening. I try to be open and listen to what’s going on but i just hear excuses as to why she isnt’ gett’n into the gym to workout? Help a brotha out,and "Keep It Real"!

July 17, 2008So many people i talk to about losing weight always tell me that they don’t wanna lift weight(this is guys and girls) cause they wanna get skinny first then build up muscle. I have a friend at work that every time i try to get him to come workout all he wants to do is cardio,now he’s a heavier guy about 280lbs. I tell him hey lets hit the weights to build up the muscle and in turn you’ll lose more weight casue more muscle means higher metabolism which mean burning fat faster,but he says i wanna lose the weight first(get skinny) then build up muscle. I’m to the point now that i just say "ok"LOL.

“Personal” in Personal Training.
June 3, 2008Hey what’s up bodyspacers,got a quick question for you(personal trainers) that i need some advice on. How do you deal with people you are training that no matter what you just can’t get tem to be positive. I mean I’m training someone that it seems like right before they show up for there training session they think about how the can make the training session so difficult and negative. I mean it’s everything from body language to verbally just flat out saying no to pretty much anything that might be a little challenging and intense. As a trainer i know we aren’t gonna be like at time during the workout but i kinda take it personal that maybe i’m the one doing something wrong,but the crazy part is this person is getting great results and i can’t understand why the are still so negative about the on training session?

May 18, 2008I gotta say that this website is really powerful all the different transformation going on here. I know there are a lot of people out there that don’t know about bodyspace and could use the motivation to kick start there journey to a healthier lifestyle. I’ve gotten lots of compliment about my weight lost and being so dedicated to reaching my goals. I have to say that without bodyspace and some of the people i’ve met on here(GO TEAM DAKENE) i might not have been where i’m at today as far as my training goes. So basically what i’m saying is thank you to everyone that sent me comments,posted your progress pics and just taking the time out to hear what i was saying about anything. Spread the word there are so many positive reason for people to join bodyspace and the people are the #1 reaso why, so get out there and get your family,friends and co-workers if there are struggling to change their lifestyle cause this is the place to do it. Once again thank you all!!! Keep in touch and keep it real!
