diet
ok first off ill start by saying my diet sucks but i have tried everything and anything to work on my diet but no luck i have tried 3 meals six meals you name it i tired it i cant seem to get a diet that works for me does anything have any ideas on what i can do or what u should be eating i wanna eat clean but i really dont understand what that means i guess.

Diet is the most important thing to reaching your goals! Eating clean is keeping your food choices as close to natural as possible, the less processing/boxed meals the better. Each meal should have a lean protein (chicken, tuna, egg whites), complex carb (oats, br. rice, sweet potatoe) and healthy fats (omegas, nuts/nut butters) and lots of veggies!!
