ok first off ill start by saying my diet sucks but i have tried everything and anything to work on my diet but no luck i have tried 3 meals six meals you name it i tired it i cant seem to get a diet that works for me does anything have any ideas on what i can do or what u should be eating i wanna eat clean but i really dont understand what that means i guess.

Well today was my first workout, 20 minutes of a kettlebell work out and boy am i sore but its well worth it im hooked i cant wait to do my next day with kettlebells. I will recommend anyone to try kettlebells If you dont no what they are go look them up its a great thing i wish i new about them along time ago

ok its a new year and its the same thing work work work 2 full time jobs and no time 2 do anything. I dont have time to go to the gym i dont have time to even see my girlfriend that shows you i dont have time. I really need to find time to hit the gym and see my gf. Its a new year and i will not let myself fall into last years ways new year new me. Mark my words i will hit my goals if it kills me i do not wanna be the fat lazy kid i was 5 years ago i will do my best just wait and see

i posted this in the forum section but i thought it would help to post here
first off let me start by stating i was 340 pounds last february i am 215 pounds right now. i am about 15-20 pounds away from where i wanna be weight wise and when i get to this weight i wanna tone my body. My skin is not that flabby from the lose of weight but i would like to tone my midsection, thighs,and glutes these right here are my most problem areas i could really use any and all help that is out there since i am farely new at getting in shape and trying to eat right so please all input is good input so dont be shy help a guy ouy (sorry for the corny rhyme) and thank you for your help in advance

so i got bored and went for a 2 hour bike ride it felt really good doing this i should do this more often. i get a chance 2 clear my head alittle, get away from things and just relax.

ok last year i was 340 pounds i have dropped down to 215 -205 and i cant seem 2 lose anymore weight and i cant get rid of my mid section. Does anyone have any ideas 2 help me out all help is welcome
