I’m so struggle on handicap workout…
Grrr! I’m so FREAKIN’ mad about this… Still fighting…. I could not believe how hard is this. After so many tries I could not do correctly balance on my body sides. Which I have extremely difficult skills. Some guys told me doin’ with exercise band (like rubber bands). It bumped me out. I’m like so unhappy and no joking at all. Evenly I tried weight medicine ball that was hurt so bad and could be dangerous. My body could not bend 90 degree angle then lead back and well fallen flat down. It like sitting on floor and stretch downward but I couldn’t do it. There is no way how you get this kind point here. Some guy could touched the toes but I can’t. So disappointed. Still struggle my life. I did Abs wheel so well but if too much, it would hurtin’ my back and stiff my hips. This is not helping to control on my balance. That only workout I got. Now, I’m outrangeous my situation. No one has tried help me out. So, I’m hurting too much and begins crying myself at point time. I would decides to leave this bodyspace… period! PLEASE FOLKS, HELP ME OUT HERE… I WOULD VERY PLEASES… I NEEDS MORE KNOWLEDGE WORKOUT… Still sufferin too much on research and continues hassling around to find what best for me. But wait a minutes maybe I shoulda do stretches first for couple week to see how work on my balance. I must have-have do stretches. I have only one person who told me do that while moment on bodyspace. Don’t you think?
