I’m too slow moving toward to the changes…

Right now, I having a hard time. Whatever, I’m doing is… hard works… arranging my stuff, selling my stuff to eBay for few months from now, drawing, practicing self image (photography), still working out, etc… Just alot!!! This is what making me a nuts most of time… is doing my researcher of art class. Yes, I’m in-love of art work. Do with bodybuilding artwork. Also, checking in MySpace page, I probably return and do some changes. Oh, I changed my mind and will not leaves my old MySpace page. It has been setted with privacy page but you can not see me on entire page about me which I’m sorry about that. I will changes to open public at any age with viewing my page sometime soon. So, I’m moving on situations but not really all happen yet lately. None… Next year, I’ve planned on open my two things on website which are facebook and twitters. I will posts them as well on latest 2010. While redo on MySpace however if communication does not picking up so well and I may or may not catching up with it either I will drops out on MySpace. Hoped and good luck…

Have you ever had weird thoughs? (saying “What?”)

I have a feelings what might what was your minds telling or dreaming something come out on your own though. If you ever had stuck on something elses while what in your mind to telling you what to do. Possible distracting of daydreamer. Is your daydreaming give you a hard time? alertness, wake up call, or saying "what?"!!! Causes unheard conversation from your friends or other relatives. Have you talking about yourself of your own ideas when nobody around here beside of you? I have one at my work. If someone who shown up and heard of what you are talking about os is exposure what your idea has come out of your mouth? Or shut up immediately when unfinish sentences. If someone wasn’t there, who are you talking about??? What was your worst things to get attention from somebody elses? Got your ideas??? or wasn’t???

Are you nuts lover???

Many years I’ve been eaten just about any nuts kind. Mostly, my favorite is salted hard shell peanuts which I brought bag full of it from grogecy store. One day, I ate about half full bag with cracked hard shell peanuts. Boy, it get difficult digesting my stomach and felt like being full already. Ugh!!! Can of lightly salted mixed nuts, also my favorite unless is more convience to eat it. Pecan, oh yea’ this is so good but check out on nutrition facts so I have eat little bit of that. Man, that senses. So, who doesn’t like about nuts and tell me why???

I’ve done many Thanksgiving years which I convicted to kept my stomach full. I don’t know why because I’m loving in food mood. Should I say no more foods? So, what do you think???

Do you think flu shot is not working???

You know, I just wandering that questions might be true (or not). As I’m being cashiner in part time (working in drug store). I watched constantly number times with many customers who walked in and out of the store. They have been checked into pharmacy and get their flu shot appointment. Just about early October, I seen many customer seems assume didn’t work, there was coughing going on as well with sneezing. Some did take prescription drugs, assumed didn’t work either. What the hell is going on? Also, many customer continues purchased with hand sanizier, tissues, cough syurp (medicine), and cough drops constantly. I have no fear of that situation and don’t want it ever touch as many customer. I recently touched many dollar bills from who handed to me and I feels like it didn’t bother me too much. Probably spreading themselves. Sincerely, I never had flu shot for over 9 years and have been learn eating good habit food, exercises, and good rest. Luckily enough, I don’t feel like having a swine flu at all. Only, I recommended you should learn from your mother (or grandma) when you have recently sick from cold flu when supporting your immuse system back on in right track. Rather than getting a flu shot. So do you think? How you know to solve the problems?

As comparing myself when I know when seasonal changes has come to this. While I was working in store. Before season, I drank chocolate milk, bottles of water, take a multivitamin before going to work (in morning breakfast berfore eat a meal). Eat like crackers, mixed nuts, and granola bars also protein bar. Sometime or atleast likely eat a small amount of chips (fat content, not recommended). As I alway avoided eaten at fast food while take a break from work or going home after work. Fall/Winter season, I done taken a multivitamin and drank a orange juice and clear liquid soda pops (such as Sprite, 7 Up, and Sirrea Mists) also large amount of water bottles. Make sure, keep your body immuse system but it is more different keeping that way (or this will makes you sick) which I’ve been peeing alot (that help when proper flushes your harsh chemical out of your body) and avoided collect the old feeling chemical left in your body. GET RID OF IT!!! Also, many of you know how to taking care yourself when you having flu. Eat like a bowl of chili, chicken soups, hot tea, hot cocoa (or chocolate), this will make you flushed out of your body. I’ve done same way which that helps stay out of being cold flu.

Remembering when come to changes your body temperature which causes undesireable control of yourself and will makes you sick. Don’t panic, I done this before. Either its at your home or apartment, to make sure your thermostat. At winter, heating bill can goes up when you turned up a much warmer but however body temperature could attempt to alert you when immuse system is bothering too much. It should be considered a little cooler with bit of heat. I know many guys don’t like it too much, they like workout at warm air stable. This is was too much ask. As alway, turned down on heat (its more like between when come to energy efficient standard meet with 69 to 72 F degrees and also check your window or doors anything that can leaks a cold air into your places, if needed to fix, hiring professional installation or do it yourself, get a weather strips.). If there is way, get a humified purified system (what ever you called it), mucus could built up without having moisture in your home or apartment, this will makes you sick. At winter time having with a dryer, cooler air and does not related as summer time which it has humidity with warm air. This is why, it is different taste of your body and environment with immuse system. Only as far I think of. In most frequently to use a humified, change the water and cleaning throughtly container. I know that fustrating and could be complaint yourself anyway. GET USES TO! It is good exercises to reflex yourself. Common senses, I don’t need a TV remote control. So, I get up and toward to TV whatever is… changing the channel, adjusting the volume, playing the movies, etc…

Final words, yeah of courses, keep your hand washes after leaving the restroom at all the time. Everybody shoulda do this at point of time. This prevent spreading the viruses to touched a thing or on your hand(s) with food in your mouth (YUCK!!!). Knowing, this can be sick yourself as matter sooner possible. Keep your hand clean as possible. I know it is not easy. Many things has been touched by human hands that never been clean it. That disgusting… Evenly, human back oiled on weight bench??? You don’t want it to know this… Do you??? Please don’t ask me why?… Oh yea’… put your towellets placed on weight bench and always replace your towellets in everytime to use on the bench and keeps your towellets went throught washes then ready to reuse it. Reason why, baterica coming from  your back and get pimples built up, that can evenly spreading up with diseases. Don’t ever reuse your towellets that hasn’t been washes throughtly. That’s sick. Everybody shoulda know that. Sweat band placed on your forehead, speaking of that is very nasty situation. This is way too much asking but why do you wear those??? I don’t know why the world you get these sweat band to wear them anyway… Outrangeous break through technology, I never recommended to wear it because they can grow baterica into your foreheads and creating severe pimples.

Is great shape spent more time in summer???

Personally, I like summer alot. It gives you warmer (or hot) and sweat for great workout. I alway love to doing in summer time. In my place, just have long summer (not longer…) something like start late May thru late September. I know Florida has longer summer time which I could not believe that. Only I liven in Indiana, that doesn’t last much longer summer. (Hmmm… Should I moved there???) As wandering are there anybody elses who like or dislike about summer outdoor while do workout or jogging on the street? You tell why important do workout in summer time?

Speakin’ painful for me… but I know how I feels…

Okay, I’m back… I felt not good at all. After, I started hesistate about me too much. Previously blog, I would not say given up on bodyspace but I did. Temporary not… Why should I doing this? You would said that as replied. I love bodybuilding but there is nothing can go wrong here. I’m tried too hard myself and sound clearly enough. Other hand, I’m handicap that was hardest things to fight back into my life. Took too many researches, that make me a headache. Tried ask anybody to questions but never responded back to me. I felt guilt and hurting my soul. Temporary lost phyiscal therapy for almost 9 years ago. There is nothing to get help. Rather I have practicing on myself to do some brainstorm for awhile. Recently, jogged down on my notebooks and tried figure how different with other normal human being to repair body. Not broken bones, its about muscle supported with bone. Broken bone can effect performs and should immediately go hospital right away. And about balance on your body supportly. What elses? Anyway, I sat down on computer everynight to checking into my bodyspace’s profile and reviewed too many times with other users as well. Swam around with other non-friend users (oh about 5 different people each days). I know there are over 300,000 users on bodyspace’s page, that was alot!!! It can’t be all of it, I would not take all of it. That too much! Just pick a certain kinds interest person (my ideally). Dang, this company were pretty good and did better than other communication class. Well, I continues play my role model a little bit but I did lose weight (should be doing this first), then step with different game environment. And just not finished, yet with my storyline. Will sees how thing goes? Maybe or maybe not… I say good night and I would be given best shot with retry again.
