Well I have just finished up my month cycle of Rage RV-5. I’ll be honest I really didn’t think it was going to do anything. But over last month I have managed to put on 25 lbs, now I have put on fat and some water weight, But I see a definate change in my shoulders, chest and legs. I have upped my carbs and protein intake aswell but I think the RV-5 was the driving force behind the weight gain. I am goin to try and get some progress pics up before I start cutting next week.

Hey I was just wondering if anyone else on this site has tried this product? I have been on it for a week and think I can tell a difference. I know I put on 10lbs but, I’m not sure if its because I’m consuming more carbs and water, or if its the product. If you have any experience with this product I would appreciate some feed back, thanks.

I love this website, but there are things people do that irritate me. I just wander if they irritate anyone else.
First off people who are constantly updating their profile pic just to get on the main page. Why do you do this if you have a new pic you want people to see cool, but why change back inforth between two or three pics constantly.
Second don’t enter in your daily work out as a new blog. Thats what the work out tracker is for. I know I have training blogs but the were for the most part writen before the work out tracker was avaliable. And I didn’t write a new blog everday I just responded to myself, so it wouldn’t come up on the main page ever time.
Third the girls that just take pics of their ass or there tits. Mix it up the whole point of the progress pics is to see how your improving as a whole. I don’t think many of the guys will agree with this one.
And last but not least, no more guys bending over in their whitie tighties. You want to put it in your progress pics what ever, but not your profile pic. Bubble butt I’m talking to you. You have made me vommit in my mouth more than once.
Alright does anyone agree with me? To be honest I am expecting some hate on this one.
