Chest, Triceps, and Abs!!!
Wednesday, September 3rd, 2008I’ve super setted chest and triceps for a longtime now and found that it really works for me. Recently I’ve started super setting a ab excersise in there and found that it helps keep my heart rate up and gives me a break on my chest and triceps so I dont really have to take a break between sets I can just keep going. Anyone else had good success with super sets??
