I’ve super setted chest and triceps for a longtime now and found that it really works for me. Recently I’ve started super setting a ab excersise in there and found that it helps keep my heart rate up and gives me a break on my chest and triceps so I dont really have to take a break between sets I can just keep going. Anyone else had good success with super sets??

Lifted legs today after taking the weekend off. I always have hated lifting legs but I know just like every other part of the body it needs to be worked. I started lifting legs at the first of the week about 6 months ago and I’ve notice better gains and definition from it.

I focused on my problem areas today, and anything I felt didnt get hit through out the week. I did a half hour of cardio at the end.

I’ve recently hit a plateau in gaining muscle. I’ve been trying to pack on lean muscle for the past few months but it’s just not working. Any suggestions??
