Alright so im 15 days out from the Southern CO Natural, cant wait!! I’m currently in a dillema on how to organize my final week prep. I have many people telling me to go with the darastic carb/ water depletion using diuretics, sodium depletion etc.. But ive been researching a lot, reading articles from Layne Norton, Joe Klemzewski, Dave Goodin and some others and they all recommend a much more subtle aproach. What are everyones thoughts? Experiences??

So im a little confused here…. I would normally assume that the "top 6" most viewed profile’s would consist of some of the best physiques on bodyspace. Three of the current top 6 guys look like the only thing they have ever lifted is a bag of cheeto’s and a pepsi. WTF is with that. Maybe I should just stop workin out and start eating donuts every day, that way I could make the top 6…..
