Track Program..
Sunday, July 29th, 2007So I just started my Track and Field program. I had forgotten how exhausting running track is.. It doesn’t take much sprinting to get your legs at a failure stage. Well, its been a week since I’ve started and I feel great. My legs are soar every day I run, I feel explosive on the track; a lot more powerful than I’ve ever felt before.
Well, I’ll continue to do my sprinting for another 4-5 weeks. I just really want to have a stronger more defined lower body and I really feel I’ll accomplish that with a track workout. Besides, I love track; it has been my favorite sport since high school and really want to get back into it.
