Track Program..

So I just started my Track and Field program. I had forgotten how exhausting running track is.. It doesn’t take much sprinting to get your legs at a failure stage. Well, its been a week since I’ve started and I feel great. My legs are soar every day I run, I feel explosive on the track; a lot more powerful than I’ve ever felt before.

Well, I’ll continue to do my sprinting for another 4-5 weeks. I just really want to have a stronger more defined lower body and I really feel I’ll accomplish that with a track workout. Besides, I love track; it has been my favorite sport since high school and really want to get back into it.

Changed My Mind..

I was going to continue gaining weight till about mid August, but just change my mind. Its time to cycle of creatine and a couple of other product, so I figured..this is a perfect time to lean up. Granted I’m not at the weight I wanted to be, so after leaning I’m gonna be a really light guy..maybe even under 150 lbs; which I’m not too excited about.

I’ll be off a lot of supplements and heavy weight training till the end of August. After that, I’ll start gaining those pounds back. I’ll see how everything goes, ultimately I want to have a shredded body somewhere between 155 lbs and 165 lbs; not really anything bigger.

Besides, after leaning up I’ll be able to better determine what body parts need more help than other and I’ll hit those parts harder during my next weight gain cycle.

Well I’ll keep you guys updated…..

Goal Meet…

Saturday, July 14th, 2007

I’ve just hit my goal to weight over 157 lbs by today, and well I hit 158 lbs..so very proud at this time. Also, since June 2nd I’ve added 1 1/4" to my thighs. I want to duplicate that by the end of August.

I expect larger weight gains in the next 6 weeks as well as a bit more BF (hopefully not to much BF). Then off with my leaning. Can’t wait to shred up and lean up.

I’ll keep you guys updated…

Almost There..

I recently changed my goal to weight 157 lbs + by July 14th; instead of 165 lbs. Looks like that is definitely going to happen since it’s the 12th and weighting in at 156.5 lbs. I’ll stretch my bulking till the 25th of August and start leaning down from there on. I’m already trying to plan out a workout for that leaning stage so that I’m ready when it approaches.

Being a Track runner a want to have that track body, so more than likely I’ll take a track and field program as the perfect approach. Of course still lifting, but just a lot less. Looking forward to this approach, and just hoping for the best out of it.

New Training

Well I just started a new training routine about a week ago and it’s alright. Actually it’s great, except on leg days. It seems like I haven’t even been finishing my workouts at the same weight level. I had to lower the weight about 10 lbs on each set, and I still struggled. I’ll probably do a couple of adjustment’s on the workout since I’m doing it twice a week; that way I can get better rest between the two leg days.

As far as my goal to gain weight, well I wanted to be at 165 lbs by July 14, but that might not happen since I’m currently at 154 lbs and I only have 8 days to reach that goal. I guess I’ll go for 157-158 lbs as a more realistic goal for now.

Ok, don’t have very good news. Over the weekend I went to an e-commerce conference, well needless to say I didn’t eat very good.

First day was hot dogs for lunch with chilli. And dinner was McDonald’s ( 3 cheese burgers) and Pizza ( 2 slices).

Second day was McDonald’s for breakfast, 2 PB&J sandwiches, Dinner was a small bag of chips and another PB&J sandwich.

On the way back home from Austin we ate Pizza and McDonald’s again.

This was all I ate for 3 days. Not a lot of food and the food that I did eat was the worst things you can eat.
