Wednesday, June 27th, 2007This is the first time I’ve even written a blog, so don’t expect much. I’ll attempt to keep you up to date every couple of weeks!
From the pictures in my profile you would probably agree with what needs improvements.
My goal for the next 8-9 weeks.
First, I need to gain a ton of mass on my legs; at least 2"
Secondly, I need to work on the rear deltoids and get my back up to par
Lastly, the oh so difficult abs!! Boy are they difficult… Need to get rid of some of that oblique fat…
