			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m pretty disappointed in myself for having given up on my entire fitness plan.  I made some much progress and then just gave up.  At this point I am all the way back at my starting point.  Nonetheless, I do feel inspired and motivated to give the fitness lifestyle a second go.  I have been feeling pretty out of myself for the past few months.  I miss the way I feel when I am in shape.  This is day 3 of my second attempt at healthy diet and lifestyle.   Will update here to inspire self and all.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So today was my first day back to the gym in about a week.  I haven&#8217;t slid back too far because I have managed to keep my diet pretty clean, but nonetheless&#8230; I have been slacking.  I was pretty happy with my workout today.  I had plenty of sleep last night, and I didn&#8217;t skip a meal today, so I went in confident that I was going to get some work done.  Really need to start setting myself up for success more often in the future.  In the recent past, I have been missing out on sleep and have not been timing my meals right and have not even bothered showing up for the inevitable ungratifying workouts that surely would have followed.  Today was good and hopefully it will motivate me to keep it up.
