Back to the Gym..
I’m pretty disappointed in myself for having given up on my entire fitness plan. I made some much progress and then just gave up. At this point I am all the way back at my starting point. Nonetheless, I do feel inspired and motivated to give the fitness lifestyle a second go. I have been feeling pretty out of myself for the past few months. I miss the way I feel when I am in shape. This is day 3 of my second attempt at healthy diet and lifestyle. Will update here to inspire self and all.
