Here is my first blog.
So today was my first day back to the gym in about a week. I haven’t slid back too far because I have managed to keep my diet pretty clean, but nonetheless… I have been slacking. I was pretty happy with my workout today. I had plenty of sleep last night, and I didn’t skip a meal today, so I went in confident that I was going to get some work done. Really need to start setting myself up for success more often in the future. In the recent past, I have been missing out on sleep and have not been timing my meals right and have not even bothered showing up for the inevitable ungratifying workouts that surely would have followed. Today was good and hopefully it will motivate me to keep it up.
