Are you ready for some football
My seven year old started football practice this week again I am one of the coaches. It is a cool 97` everyday so I am losing weight like crazy. The kids are complaining about everything and I found out that Asama is contagious. One kid had an attack and had to sit out for a little bit next thing you know ten kids came down with Asama. We already have Moms complaining that there kid is a lineman and he really would like to be a running back, problem is there kid is slow and afraid to get hit. This is Texas we are not about every kid should get what they want their are no losers,we are about winning that is the way it is.Win are go home. If you do not like it go play football on the Xbox. We will do our best to be good role models and still get the point across, its not easy to coach the little guys. They can grow allot in ten weeks but they are still seven and eight years old and are true little boy with great imaginations. So go Friendswood Colts!

Funny story..my son was trying out for quarterback when he was on a 4th grade team, he was hesitant to put his hands "under" the center so the coach told him, "don’t worry son..he ain’t got crabs!!"
Needless to say my son didn’t know what that meant!
I bet you will be a good coach!! Good luck!

I have an 8 year old grandson and he didn’t have any so called weight on his body until this summer when he like "ballooned out with it". I hope this is because he will make a growth spurt when he is 9 or 10. As a father would you be concerned? Since starting school, he hasn’t gained anything…
