Slow and steady wins the race. Joining a site like this is the first step, and you’re going to have days why you wonder what the f##k you’re doing, don’t give up, don’t ever give up. That’s the easy way out. "I can’t" has to leave your vocabulary and looking forward to burning is something you adore. Great luck!!!

Welcome to BodySpace D! So your the maid of honor and there’s a weeding in septemeber 2008! Lets get busy! For starters your not fat I’d prefer hearing overweight and you want be at a controlled weight as opposed to being under weight!
Three important keys to focus on:
1. Diet - eating well doesn’t mean that you have to starve yourself. Eat six small meals a day. 300 calories per meal or 1800 cals a day. That might sound difficult to track your caloric intake but it really isn’t. Drink water instead of the "diet this" or "low cal" that. Water is the most refreshing drink on the planet and it has zero everthing. Your stomach is a furnace by eating six meals a day you keep it active and when active your metabolism speeds up.
Excercise - we burn calories all the time even in our sleep but unfortunately we can’t burn enough on cloud nine but if we step it up a notch by doing physical exercise the added benefits increase not only physically but also mentally. You can either pick up a book and learn all the many different exercises or get yourself a personal trainer.
Rest - get plenty of it. Allow you body to heal with a good 8 hours rest.
So as long as you are dedicated I can’t see you not make your goals of losing a 100 in less then 8 months. Good luck D. if you need any help or have any questions please get back to me.
