long day of school x Shoulder day = TIRED!!!!!
- Behind The Neck (smith machine) 3 x 10 @ 155/slow burning sets working on form
- Standing Arnolds 3 x 8,6,5 @ 60,70,80 lbs DB
- Shrugs 3 x 8 @ 495; rep out @ 225 after 3rd Set
- DB Rear Delts 4 x 10 @ 45
- DB Side Raises 3 x 8 each arm @ 45
Good feeling…post workout meal already in the oven
- Lemon Pepper Chicken Breasts
- Brown Rice x Broccoli
- Minute Maid Antioxidant Juice Pomegranate x Lemonade…DELISH!!!
- Roommate’s BIRTHDAY…gonna try not to cheat later but PIZZA, BRATS, WINGS X LANDSHARK BEER…AMAZING SMELL COMING FROM MY KITCHEN!!!

So i made the huge mistake (not necessarily depending on your viewpoint) of having sex 2 hours before a leg day workout. Needless to say, it was a lackluster leg workout.
I completed every workout:
- Squat (3×15 @ 225/perfect form)
- Thigh Press (3×10 @ 340, 357,385)
- Hamstrings (3×10 @ 125; both legs;3×5 @100;single leg)
After that…i was thoroughly DONE!!!.
Off day today (11.12.08). Good Chicken Breast x Noodles dinner

Monday 11.10.08: Chest & Back
Finally 3 Cadillacs (3 plates or 315 for those wondering) or better on all forms of bench press: Flat Barbell, Decline Barbell, and now today: INCLINE BENCH PRESS…2 REPS…
I could’ve repped out 4 in my opinion…but i rushed to the gym after class on basically an empty stomach
oh yeah…200 lbs PR on seated rows also….we out here EATING THESE WEIGHTS LIKE GUMMY BEARS!!!!!
