Feeling better!!
Tuesday, May 29th, 2007Well, I know I just posted on Friday but I wanted to post again after the long holiday weekend because I am feeling better this week. Finally recouperating from the cold and even though I didn’t train over the 3 day weekend, my diet was spot on and I managed to lose a few pounds, so I am going into the new week with a renewed confidence. I have just under three weeks to pull it all together and I now feel that I am in a better position than I was last week, which is how it should at this stage! Sticking to my deit while everyone else around me wasn’t just took me to the next level, I guess. Trust me, it was hard watching everyone around me enjoy those hamburgers and hot-dogs off the grill and downing those cold beers while sitting in the hot sun on the island, but it paid off in the end! I actually felt good sitting there eating my tuna and rice cakes and drinking my water knowing that I was doing the right thing for me. I AM FEELING GOOD TODAY!!! HERE GOES A GREAT WEEK OF TRAINING TO TAKE ME TO THE NEXT LEVEL!!! Later!
