7 Weeks!
Thursday, February 22nd, 2007Well, about hit the 7 week mark. If you have been reading my blog you will know that I have been a bit stressed out with my progress. In lieu of this, I have made a few changes in my diet and work out program. I have implimented a high/low regimen alternating 2 days of high carb and 2 days of low carbs in order to try and shock my body into recognizing something different. As I have not seen a drop in weight yet, I can definitely see some things changing. I tend to build muscle very quickly in my lower body most of which has taken place in my quads and hamstrings over this past year. I am really trying to focus on not overbuilding my legs and being unproportioned to my upper body. I have incorporated some plyo-metrics in with my regular cardo sessions and have really amped up my cardio. As I said before, some things are starting to change. I plan to post some progress photos at 6 weeks out so I am really trying to hit it hard between now and then. Check on me, I need to be accountable to someone other than myself!!!
