Hello everyone! I havent posted since being back from West Palm so I thought I would catch up! I have some pics from my photo shoot the day after the show, taken by the fabulous Mr. Dan Ray! Please check them out! Dan does fantastic work and is absolutely a joy to work with! After getting back from WPB I was hoping to get in some relaxation time, but things just started rolling in and I have stayed extremely busy. I had a Halloween Party of which I am a host (not to mention I had to make some costumes), then I decided to go over to St. Augustine for the Allsouth Competition to support some friends and enjoy the show. While I was there, I caught up with Dan again and we shot some more pics. Three weeks post show, so don’t know quite what to expect in terms of my physique, but hey we will designate them as "off-season photos"! This coming weekend I will be heading over to Tampa for a weekend modeling event with numerous photographers so I can’t wait to see what comes out of that in terms of photos!!! Exciting stuff! I am also participating in a contest for ALR Industries in hopes to win a spot to work their booth at the Arnold!!! I am keeping a thread on the MD board for that! Next weekend will be the Shannon Dey Bombshell Fitness and Figure camp in Panama City Beach, so I will be attending and helping host that! So, I have been a busy girl! No rest for the weary, I guess! I am totally looking forward to having some down time though! My diet and my training has really suffered the past few weeks, but I have enjoyed the reeses and pizza! And boy has there been a TON of it!!!!
Well, that is what has been going on with me! Please check out my new photos and wish me luck!!! Keep checking in on me for new updates and pics!!!

Hey everyone! Well, I am back home from the Palm Beach Pro-Am! Wow, what an exciting and extremely packed weekend! We flew into West Palm Friday afternoon and got our rental car and then headed off to our hotel. After checking in and taking a few minutes to settle in, it was off to meet with Shannon and Rob for my "assessment". I tried on my suits, did some posing, made some last minute adjustments, and sat back for my critque and final instructions! Then it was over to the host hotel lobby for check in and an interview with John Hawley from Musclepaparrazzi.org. During the filiming the interview, the lobby and lounge was crawling with competitors and vendors. As I was leaving, I noticed a familiar face on the bench outside the hotel, and took a second look to realize that it was Valarie Waugaman! Oh boy, I was so excited to see her face to face! She is tall and beautiful and extremely friendly! Well, that concluded my night and it was time to get some sleep and prepare for the competition.
Saturday turned out to be a pleasant surprise for me. The Amatuer division began pre-judging at approx 10 am with the Pro’s showing up backstage to join us at about 11. What an amazing experience, sitting right next to me applying make-up and styling hair was Gina Alliotti, Natalie Benson, Danielle Hollenshade, Mariza DeGuzman and Zena Collins!! WOW!!! These women are actually next to me?!! I was in awe. They were so friendly and sweet. The fitness ladies were in the room as well and they were exuding personality and enthusiam! There was so much comradie among this group of ladies, they truly do support and help one another even though they are competing against each other. I was somewhat starstruck to say the least! It was fantastic! And just as an added little bonus to the evening, I was awarded the first place trophy for the Open Medium Division!! Unfortunately, I was not the choice of the judge’s for the overall title, however I was the crowd favorite for it and that was more than enough to make me one happy camper!!! I ended my competitive evening with an interview with Isaac Hinds for Bodybuilding.com and some friendly p.r. with the ALR Industries spokesmodels and sales staff at their vendors booth. They are an awesome group of competitors and all around people with some awesome products!
I finished off my weekend with a photoshoot this morning with fitness photographer Dan Ray of Dan Ray Photography. It was windy as heck but we were able to get some great shots. Dan took over 300 photos!!! He is a spectacular photographer and an all around sweet guy. Hope to shoot with him again very soon! As I was finishing up my shoot, I ran into Isaac shooting with Julie Lohre (how aweful that must have been for him!). She was looking beautiful and congratulated me on my win.
Thanks Dan, John and Isaac for your time and your interest in me and a special thanks to all of my bodyspace friends for your support and for leaving me all the nice comments and messages!!

Hello Everyone! Well two weeks to go to the Palm Beach Pro-Am and I am getting excited. I wonder what pro’s are gonna make it! I think I am more excited about who I am going to see than how I am going to do!! That should make it really fun though, not feeling like I am under pressure to do well and just mainly going for the experience. I took some progress pics yesterday and uploaded them and I must say I am very happy with where I stand right now. In comparison to where I was two weeks out from the Florida, I actually think I am even further along this time than last and that is good since I was in my best condition for the Florida. I am wanting to come in a bit fuller this time though so I am hoping that I don’t lean out too much the last week. My body always picks up momentum going into the last two weeks and I usually see a lot of changes so I am going to try to maintain some fullness between now and then. I need to keep my upper body full whilst keeping my mid-section small and tight, so maybe I can make some progress in that direction! Well, let me know what you think about the new progress pics! Talk to you soon!

Well, I know I have posted much lately, but I am still training for the Palm Beach Pro/Am, I have just been busy and haven’t really had time to post much progress. I have managed to stay very lean since my last show 4 weeks ago and I am just concentrating on maintaining and trying to build and tweak as much as I can in the short period of time I have. I would like to come in a bit fuller for this show whilst maintaining the conditioning I had at the Florida, so that is where I am. I think if I can keep a bit more fullness in my upper body and quad sweep and have a lean hard midsection, it might be a better look for me. I have just under three weeks left to acheive this goal, so we will see how I fair!
Now, I am also writing because I received some good news yesterday afternoon! I received my acceptance letter from the Arnold Classic!! I am in the NPC Amatuer Division!!! OMG!!! I am so excited!!!! It is going to be a blast!!!

Okay, well I haven’t posted in a while so time to get the ball rolling again. After taking the Open C Class win at the Florida State Classic and presenting the best physique so far, I am moving full steam ahead toward the next and final show of the year for me, the Palm Beach Pro/Am. I have quite a few improvements to make before I am comfortable taking my physique to the National Level, but I feel I am getting closer. I am going into the Pro/Am with not many expectations but with LOTS of ENTHUSIASM because I am just so excited about being at a show alongside the pro athletes! I can’t wait to see some of the icons of the business! I hope to meet some of my idols and inspirations. I am going to go in with the best physique that I can present and not worry about where it lands me on the score card. As long as I do EVERYTHING that I can do and give it 110% effort, I CANNOT LOSE!!! I will keep you posted on my progress!! Thanks for reading!
