I want to finally make my goals come true. I’m sitting here at 4:13am, and saying to myself "How come I could never complete my fitness goals?" Why am I asking that @ 4am? My gutt is hanging out and I feel like crap! I do good for a couple of days and mess up my whole plan. I discovered I stress eat and crave alcohol by the the time friday comes. Thats why I’m up at 4am right now with a headache from the 3 Greek beer I had at the Greek fest I went to last night. I ate like a pig due to stress again. Well I’m mad, no FURIOUS at myself. I need to deal with my stress differently, because it is always going to be there no matter how bad or little the situation is. I can’t keep saying after this episode I’ll workout and eat right again. It just gets harder each time I start over again. Then I give up and get into a deeper depression. Well, I’m setting a goal again and posting this blog to be held accountable for these fitness goals I want to set. This is hard for me because I’m not really into blogging. I want to complete my P90X program! The full 90 days. Also; a Makeover contest from Oxygen’s Magazine "Off the couch" Special. You send in a Before and after picture by Feb 15th, 2010. Prizes $1,000/ A chance to be in a Oxygen magazine article. I always wanted to achieve a fittness goal like that. I’ve been in a fog for the past 2 yrs over stress and family crisis. As much as a I hate it i will be posting Progress picture. So let me know how I’m doing. Thank You.

Workout: Lower: Legs and Glutes and abs. 30 Minutes stairmaster
Meal one: Apple (Preworkout)
Meal 2: Tilapia/Brown rice and Steamed broccoli
Meal3: Protein Bar.
Meal 4: Hummus with red bell peppers and carrots and coffee
Meal 5: Protein shake
Meal 6: Spinach and grilled chicken salad
Meal 7: protein shake

Monday 6/16/2008
Workout
Did Upper: Bicep and triceps and 30 minutes of cardio
Meal 1: Oatmeal
Meal 2: New Whey Protein shot after workout
Meal 5: Avocado sandwich (my little concoction)
Meal 6: Mom’s Pot roast and white rice (small portion)and homemade chicken soup (BAD!)
Meal 7: Homemade Chicken soup.
My first night back at work(I work third shift) so I eat alot on mondays. At work I’ll have protein shake and veggies and fruit no carbs on monday night at work. Once I get my nights going tues thru thursdays I’ll have the normal 6 meals schedule.

My PMS is out of control I’m so tired and HUNGRY!! I tried to eat clean today but failed and had chocolate cookies and handful of chips. I drag my ass to the gym. Did a light workout on my legs and 18 min on the eliptical and 30min abs class and for what to eat cookies and chips. PMS SUCKS!!! Tomorrow is a new day!!!! I have to stay positive.

I work 3rd shift. I planned out everything what i’m gonna do at the gym and my meals. That all went to shit!!! I came home in the morning and found that my cat was missing. Mind you, this is the first cat i’ve ever owned and He was from my husband for our 7th year anniversery. (I hope i spelled that right) He’s an indoor cat and is only a year old,declawed,has breathing problems and has never been out on his own. I know u think I’m nuts, but like i said he is my first kitty cat. I couldn’t sleep, I was crying and called into work cause I was looking for him all day. I missed my Abs class and weight training again cause the day before PMS really sucked. Any girls out there have any tips to beat the fatigue during PMS please let me know. Today I am going for sure no excuses.I feel worse when I don’t workout. Well there is a happy ending KIKI (thats my cats name) came back!!! Now I know if he does leave again he’ll survive and come back. Thanks for letting me vent.
