well, it’s day 10 of what i’m goin to assume was a flu or just a really intense cold i don’t know. Either way it had me pretty much knocked out there for a few days. But now i think i’m pretty much good to go again and will hit the weights and punish the body again come monday morning.

Well i’ve been sick for a week now… all nutrition and excercise has gone completely out the window since i was surviving off of pudding and gummy worms for 4 days there… I was feeling way too crappy and lazy to even get out bed let alone make myself something to eat… although surprisingly i have not lost any weight… probly due to my lying in bed all day… but i will be interested to see what my next workout day will be like… although it definitely won’t be this week.
Well my worst day was yesterday so hopefully I am now on my way to getting better, I will rest over the weekend maybe even take my last day of the week off and will hopefully be able to work out and not feel shitty at work next week. Can’t wait to get back to workin out again!!!!!

Well it happens again. I get renewed motivation to get up off my ass and start workin out again… and what happens?? I get sick. I barely wanna get outta bed in the morning luckily i have a few hours between me waking up and having to go to work. So i suck it up and still get to work… need the dolla dolla billz ya’ll. But seriously i don’t know where the line is… i know if you’re not too sick you can still work out if you take easy… but i’m not sure at what point it becomes a good idea to just not bother… But i think i’ll take a few days off till next week anyways. I just find it frustrating that my mind is raring to go but my body isn’t ready to the point that it becomes a bad idea. this has happened to me now a couple times, I must just have real bad timing i guess. O well i will come back with FOCUS ENERGY AND MOTIVATION, once the time comes and see if i can’t finally bulk up to my seemingly impossible 170ish to 180 pounds.

Well it was a week later than i planned but better late than never i guess. I’ve started my workout routine again. I have to say that after knowing where i was at 4 or 5 months ago the amount of weight i lifted today is kind of disapointing… but in the same breath its good to be back. i feel like i’ve accomplished something today and can be happy with the knowledge that although i’m not as strong as i once was… i’m not that far off and with a little consistency and effort i will be back to where i was. today’s workout went decently i benched 95 pounds in reps of 9,7, and 6… not exactly what i was hoping for but i know it will come. I followed that up with some incline benching at 75 pounds for 10 reps for all 3 sets and finished off with some skull crushers also doing 10 reps apiece for 3 sets… I had planned on also doing tricep kickbacks but my muscles were already pretty dead… i was happy with what i had accomplished and it wasn’t that bad for my first day back. I will throw the tricep kickbacks in in a few weeks maybe… in the meantime i await the day i will be back to 135 pounds for about 8-10 reps or so.

well… I have gone too long w/o working out. I moved into a new place with a buddy just for the summer and i didn’t have room to bring in my workout bench and free weights and was too cheap to buy a gym membership so i went without working out for 3 months. But now the summer is over and i’m into another place and have found room on a patch of concrete outside to throw my workout bench on and its kinda nice to work out outside, no idea what i’m doing come winter but that is at least 2 months off i’ll worry about that later lol. i’ve found in the last 3 months i’ve lost all my strength and what little size i had… I am a 6 foot tall 145 pound hard gainer who knows a lot about working out but lacks the discipline to see it thru… But here i will try again… before the summer i was up 2 165 pounds and doing pretty good but then i started a physical job that worked me pretty hard and i lost a lot of weight. and then i was too tired to work out even if i could at the end of the day. But now i’m getting used to it and will try to get back up to 165 if not 170 asap. to start off again i think i will kick my sets down from 4 to 3 sets of every excercise and instead of lower reps for strength i will do 8-10ish to get back in the swing of things. my workout schedule will be something like mon. bench press, incline bench press, skull crushers and tricep kick backs. wednesday. dead lift, wide grip chins, one arm rows, preacher curl, hammer curls. thursday abs and shoulders… probly barbell overhead press and lateral raises friday squats, leg extensions, hamstring curls. Well i’ll probly start this routine next mon. and see how it goes… if any of this sounds ridiculous or you think i have some good ideas feel free to mention it. c ya for now
