"Trimming the fat off the remaining muscle I built years ago. Goal is 200lbs by 6/1/2009, raising my lean weight from 165 to 175, which would put me at 12.5% bodyfat."

Here is the list of suppliments I will be taking:

  • Fish Oil
  • Flax Seed Oil
  • Potassium
  • Whey Protein
  • Creatine
  • Calcium
  • L-Glutamine
  • Higher Power Chromium Picolinate
  • Controlled Labs Orange Triad
  • ECA Stack (When My Health Improves)

I used the ECA stack for the last 2 months a few years ago and it was effective.  I am aware of the health risks, but I monitor my blood pressure, pulse, and pH levels almost daily when I use it.
