Oh well I’ve waited this long whats a few more weeks. All other muscle groups seem to be responding well. Doing super sets, drop sets & keeping rest between sets down to under a minute. A slight diffrent training style than I’m use to but a great change of pace.

I’m doped up on percaset for now dulling the pain. I’ll be out 6-8 weeks then it will be hell I’ll have to struggle thru very light. But I guess that gives me time to grow my legs. I was enjoying a off season diet eating anything. But now ill have to be more strict trying not to get fat during rehab.
