Training Update
Only cardio 3 days a week & legs once. Still nothing for upperbody well check is on Tues. should know more then. I’ve found myself really drinking latley I guess it’s just cause I can and it helps not think about my injuries. Oh well maybe after the 1st I can do something light upper body??? We’ll see.

Trust you man, i know what you feel..i cant train al so ..choulder..but STAY AWAY from drinking ,only it’s water..you hear my!!!! keep the motivation!.happy hollydays.dhamby
