Torn Pec what to do now
I’ve just got my strenght back up from dieting. Yet today was bad news I tore my left pec on my 2nd set of 5 with 405. I should have knownsomething wasn’t right I am so tight from all the dieting. Yet I push harder & harder every time. Having to get it reattached. I’m so down now I’ll be out for atleast 6-8 weeks. Wish me luck it will be hard to stay out of the gym.

i know how you feel i tore my bicep about 2 years ago doing deads last set before a power lifting meet 600lbs doing just a little tweaking and pop there it went was in a brace for 3 months could not lift for 6 it sucked bad but keep your head up it will get better.

wow bro that looks painfull, and it sucks that it puts you back a step. whatever doesnt kill you can only make you stronger. good luck with the re hab.
