Yesterday
Yesterdays workout was 1 hour on the elliptical followed by core with med ball.
1.BigCircles,Woodchoppers,Standing Russian Twist,Squat to Press,Medicine Ball Sit-up,Rocky Solo, Toe Touches, $5 degree Twist, Suitcase Crunch, Diagonal Crunch. All these done at 20 reps ending up at 200 reps due to some being 10 one direction then 10 to the next.i will work at this on my off days first just with the 8lb med ball untill i can get to the 800, then i will go up in weight. Also finished with some intervals on the treadmill for 20 mins than good stretching…
