Did Cardio on the elliptical 1 hour, did a mixture of abs,back work , and finished with 35 minutes of yoga with nicole…..HAPPY NEW YEAR

Todays Workout..Damn that Winter Storm

Today i had to double up due to the storm here in wisconsin…did friday’s workout in the morning and todays in the evening..good thing i worked a double shift at the gym..

Shoulder Press 2×5@65…got sore and lord knows my shoulder is still f’d up from college

Front Squat 3×5@95,115,135 working on depth and range of motion

Chin-up 3×6

Plank to Push-up 1×120 seconds

Deadlift 5×5@135,185,225,245,255

Neutral Grip Shoulder Press 1×12@20,1×10@25,1×8@30

Neutral Grip Incline Row 1×12@20,1×10@25,1×8@30

Chin-up Iso Hold 2×10 seconds

Damn this really taxed me, finished with 10 minutes on elliptical and total body stretching

Did abs due to the fact i was helping my boss do a ab video for her internship..feeling good though

today’s workout went as followed: Really felt great with the halo d, and white flood running through my veins…

Incline DB Bench 1×10,1×8,1×6@50,60,70lbs

Crossover Step-up:3×10 reps each with 12lb db’s really concentrating on range of motion and form.

Single Leg Cable RDL:3×8@25,25,30lbs

Lateral Raise w/Rotation 3×12@10lbs

Core: Bosu Crunches 3×25

Bosu Planks 3x:45

Hanging Leg Raises 2×10

Warm-up was 20 mins on the elliptical and finshed workout with Tabata Intervals with Jumprope 20secs on 10seconds off x 8..and AIS Rope Stretching

Yesterday

Yesterdays workout was 1 hour on the elliptical followed by core with med ball.

1.BigCircles,Woodchoppers,Standing Russian Twist,Squat to Press,Medicine Ball Sit-up,Rocky Solo, Toe Touches, $5 degree Twist, Suitcase Crunch, Diagonal Crunch.  All these done at 20 reps ending up at 200 reps due to some being 10 one direction then 10 to the next.i will work at this on my off days first just with the 8lb med ball untill i can get to the 800, then i will go up in weight.  Also finished with some intervals on the treadmill for 20 mins than good stretching…
