Beasty…who…..ME
Friday, November 7th, 2008Today i modified the workout of the day knowing i need to renew my lisence on my legs..my small ass calves ive always had, my hip instability and my lack of flexibility..damn all the bull shit im gonna get that strength that will make me stronger faster and more explosive..Todays workout i warmed up for 5 on the elliptical, then i did a dynamic warm-up with butt-kicks, cariocas, amarch,bmarch,inchworms..Than i did Prehab working on each leg and instability..Singe leg box squats 2×12,Single leg sit to stand 2×12, walking lunges.. Then i went into BB back squat in which i havent done in forever so i started hella light 95/15 105/15, 135/10, 185/8 then it got beast i was going for 225 just to see if i still had my mojo, i wrote down six in my mind going for 1 and i got 10..so jacked i did it again for 15..hell yeah i thought to my self..then i had Deadlifts off a small step working on the stretch i did 135 fo 15/12/10/8/6, and finished with lateral band walks and monster walks and 50 knee to elbows..im feeling like a beast right now….hope i will in the morning..any good tips on leg recovery…HELL YEAH..BELIEVE and ACHIEVE
