Beasty…who…..ME

Today i modified the workout of the day knowing i need to renew my lisence on my legs..my small ass calves ive always had, my hip instability and my lack of flexibility..damn all the bull shit im gonna get that strength that will make me stronger faster and more explosive..Todays workout i warmed up for 5 on the elliptical, then i did a dynamic warm-up with butt-kicks, cariocas, amarch,bmarch,inchworms..Than i did Prehab working on each leg and instability..Singe leg box squats 2×12,Single leg sit to stand 2×12, walking lunges.. Then i went into BB back squat in which i havent done in forever so i started hella light 95/15 105/15, 135/10, 185/8 then it got beast i was going for 225 just to see if i still had my mojo, i wrote down six in my mind going for 1 and i got 10..so jacked i did it again for 15..hell yeah i thought to my self..then i had Deadlifts off a small step working on the stretch i did 135 fo 15/12/10/8/6, and finished with lateral band walks and monster walks and 50 knee to elbows..im feeling like a beast right now….hope i will in the morning..any good tips on leg recovery…HELL YEAH..BELIEVE and ACHIEVE

Man that GREEN MAGNITUDE is a BEAST or maybe its just me, or my granny helping me kill these workouts..W.O.D 20 minutes for rounds of 10 pullups/10 65lb Thrusters..i got through it 7 times, which may be bad to some standards but i felt great, did some pull-ups, some inverted rows and some band pull-ups..mixed in jump rope with knees to elbows, bruce lee flags, and weighted side bends..finished with 770 cals…felt great..used a small stability ball with stand to work on front squat depth and flexibility since my hip flexors are my falling grace…wow..im pumped

Hey fell a litle off track this weekend with having to bury my grandmother..R.I.P, didnt eat too bad  bt could have been better, but in respect to my granny and famil coming from atl/ohio and the chi,tx,fl, who the hell cares..well im trying to get bak on track with my eating..monday did chest and back, tues, bi’s/tri’s, and today im hitting the crossfit…Also i just bout Green Magnitude from Controlled labs..any input..started yesterday, pretty nice i felt pumped..does it help leaning like i was told..well get at me.need a lil help on that.15% bodyfat by xmas is the goal 17% by thanksgiving…lets get it
