Recovering

Well its friday and im feeling way way better than i was the past couple of days, stomach still week. but i did eat more last night..didn’t eat the greatest, wanted to see what i could hold down and what i can’t hold down..Gonna actually try and do some working out today while at work inbetween clients and all..Big game in Indiania this weekend..So pumped..National Playoffs, workout today will prolly be a totalbody of some sort..any suggestions

Just totally been drained the past two days so have been smart and relaxed, not trying to have a seizure, havent had one in 4 years..so just did cardio..Todays i took the ladies to my alma mater Concordia University and they ran the stairs..damn stairs weren’t there..guess that shows you what going back to back in collegiate football can help you buy…and being sponsored by NIKE..wtf…i did do my 7 pull-ups from Crossfit tho..Man i feel full but its kind of like a pushing my stomach out full and i dont know why, i’ve eaten my little meals like i always do and even frlt a lil dizzy, i dont know whats going on.. After the Bootcamp, the wome were talking junk so 3 of them ran with me and i finished 3 stairs in about 7min..mind u 145 stairs and i had never done that before..i love my ladies..well im about to train some clients and take my ass home..good thing i have a pda and can check messages…thanks for the support and everyone stay focused

Well everyone..for being a important weekend for me it went well.. We played Kane County Eagles for the THIRD time this season and sat night we came out VICTORIOUS winning 14-13 and advancing to the 2nd round of the NATIONAL PLAYOFFS, not bad for a first year team..good job WISCONSIN WOLFPACK..and yes i was smashing heads on kickoff..As for eating i did pretty good, ate some of my teammates cheetos on the bus because on the way back we drove straight through and i already ate my third applesauce..Last night’s dinner was made by my roomates girlfriend and it was on point..Baked Chicked  with some light seasoning, salad with some new dressing made with olive oil, and mashed potates, and bomb ass asparagus..WOW..Breafast this morning 1 egg, 1 egg white with 1 piece wheat toast, snack 1 cinch bar, and 1 applesauce..lunch 1 applesauce and chicken breast, leftover…In bootcamp today we worked upper body and finished with a big agility circuit once with hands over head holding a yellow ring to wrok core more and second time hands free, running, shuffling, hopping, and finished with some interval sprints…Tommorow they are hitting the stairs….can’t wait, todays workout..Crossfit says weighted pull-ups, so i think with that ill add some trx and cardio and abs…holla

Today was great, i had my ladies go on a scavenger hunt looking for a soccer disc, cone, and ring and each one they had to do either 25 air squats,alt lunges or jumping jacks..once they found it they had to meet up with the rest of there team until they found all of the objects, much fun..By the way dinner last night was pizza..sorry i spluged..breakfast was 2 packets of instant oatmeal at 270 cals together, had a sugar rush so ate a doughnut..i know..bad me..then snack had a large bowl of pineapples and strawberries…for lunch had a footlong ham sub with tomatoes,bananna peppers,onions,honey mustard,spicy mustard.  Snack had a muscle milk shake, now bout  to head home..lol..got to see the whearhouse where they want to run bootcamps in the winter/personalt training/kids program.sports training..lets get it in…everybody i have a big football game down in illinois tomm night so anyone in the area come to see Wisconsin Wolfpack vs. Kane County at 7 pm mooseheart stadium…see ya later

My life

Exhausted is less of the word..this site has helped me make it through work once again..man being a trainer with few clients is rough especially when i cant change that right now..In the morning i had 1 pancake 1 piece sausage 1 egg white 1 whole egg with salsa..then taught bootcamp in the damn cold from 9:15-10:15..sucked but i love my job and im glad i could make those ladies smile..great job once again..then i came back and relaxed a bit, had chicken noodle soup for lunch with 1 cup applesauce,1 string cheese, and box of raisins for lunch..not to mention before that i went to my alma mater wanting to play some bbal but wasnt happening..got my lift on..Crossfit clean and jerk 135 1 rep in 1 min 2 reps in 2 min 3 reps in 3 mins all the way to fatigue..havent even done 135 in a long time due to my shoulder  yet im getting back on it..the prick in the gym dont know me so he was trippin talking bout its a class underneath so i cant use the platforms..but i can go in the other room and not drop the weights..let me see here platform is higher than actual ground, less noise, but damn it got harder and harder on my back because i couldnt drop the weight..was tired as hell, didnt do cardio today kinda tired, and hammy ****ing hurts..playoff game on saturday..massage tommorw after my workout of course so we will see whats poppin,, had a raisin and string cheese for snack..hmm bout to train my client stretch and take my ass home…what a day..oh yeah..doing it all tommorow…But keep pushing to all that are on here competing or not..lets get it

Day 2 on this bad boy, doing pretty well before i had to train my team for Womens bootcamp i had 2 pieces wheat toast..1 egg, 1 egg white, black bean salsa and two pieces of turkey back, snack was a pnut butter CInch bar by shaklee..actually had forgot to pack a lunch so all i’ve eaten was a applesauce,, Crossfit workout today..2 Muscle ups, (did pushups instead) Handstand pushups x4, did Shoulder pushups off bench instead, and kettle ball swings for rounds @ 20 minutes..feeling pretty good after that, hammy still bothering me, even though one of my trainer co workers stretched me out..Also did jump rope intervals for ten mins..Abs still sore from womens bootcamp..plank holds..now u know i had to do them as well..Check me out at www.brewcitybootcamps or www.mequonbootcamps.com.   I have a question though for the ladies, my firend has had two kids and really wants to workout but feels no time with college, work and them..has a gmy membership she doesnt even use..i want her to get results starting off with the rapid weight loss of at least 5lb that most people see at first and eating healthier..im thinking one day upper, one lower..then also thought due to her days..one body part a day with core/cardio
