pushing through pain of a loss of loved one
So yeah today was a great lifting day even tho with what im going through with the loss of my granny..i got it done..Worked out with my boss today and her and i are some freaking beasts.. First before she got there i knocked out my Crossfit..Squat Clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1, @ 95lb im getting back into oly lifting could have done way more but really focusing on my flexibility..Then we warmed up with Jumprope and hit chest/back. Started with Rack Deadlifts going partial to mainly hit the low back and exclude the hamstrings reps for everything was 15,10,5. Bench Press on Stabilityy Ball, Lat Pulldowns,Incline Bench, Bent Over Row, Decline Bench, S.Arm Lat Pulldown, DB Pullovers,
Cable Flyes on Stabilty Ball( Burnouts)..we got it in, and i feel freakin good right now..thanks for helping get the weight up granny
