Feeling Good/Working Harder than yesterda
So today was supposed to be my off ACTIVE RECOVERY DAY and actually i ended up training chest and back with our new lead sales person at the gym. Didn’t plan on it but she said she wants to learn new techniques from all angles, so we hit different variations of bench presses and on the ball, and hit the back hard as well..I then showed her a great core circuit on the Paramount that she enjoyed and i know in time she will love..Then when finished i got in my planned 3mile run..I’m feeling really good right now..oh yeah woke up at 200lb…hell yeah, keep on striving
