Gettin It In
So my workout time was off today, took my Fast Twitch at 1130, got to work a.k.a, the gym and had to train my boss at 130 instead of 12 so it was just sitting in my stomach, i hit here hard with db presses, deadlifts, snatches, front,back,o.head squats and core..loved it..my workout…killed..came to a total of 120 pull-ups and burpees in about 30 mins, mind u subbed in jumprope for some burpees, shoulder couldn’t take it…feeling hella good tho
