workout of the day: a new week
Now today i started out with my workout and hit 30 mins on the treadmill around 10a.m, now i just finished my Crossfit Workout of the day..20 minutes..95lb Thrusters @5 reps, 95lb Hang Power Cleans @ 7reps, 95lb Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @10 reps..now i wont lie this kicked my ass i only got through it 5 and a half times..Wow..Another day down..peace and love to all..Health is Wealth..Other Crossfitters…Get At me
