BACK AT IT
Thanks to all those who gave me inspiration and spoke words of encouragement as i went through some serious medical shit last week and ended up in the hospital. i w havent lifted in a week so today was my day back..for those interested we unfortunatley lost our playoff game to the Indianapolis Tornadoes but now may play in a different tournament to get us to another bowl game. not bad for a first year team to make it to round 2 of the national playoffs.. Workout for today was Crossfit 3-3-3-3-3 of Deadlift worked my way up to 225 there, then did every bodypart with a pyramid of 20-15-12-10-8, felt real good, gonna try to get in some cardio before my last clients come, if not..ill surely get my ass up before i gotta go teach bootcamp in the a.m
