I came across this site while sitting at work Fitness Together to be exact and was glancing at Sasha Porshnikoff’s page..might i add, gorgeous and very uplifting and empowering woman. Thought to myself, why the hell not give this a try. have been a athlete for years ranging from wrestling, basketball, track, and football which i played in college. All this time and training and never really obtained the body that i wanted to have. Now that i am finally doing what i love full time, i have no reason not to reach this goal, and i felt if i have myself posted up on this site for the world to see than maybe, just maybe ill stick to it.. Being a personal trainer or fitness expert in a whole is a hard job and i want to lead by example.. I would’nt call myself out of shape but i know i could be doing damn better. I am currently playing Wide Reciever for my semi pro football team the Wisconsin Wolfpack so my training varies. Right now im about 204-5 lbs/201 on a good day at around maybe 21% body fat, and my goal is to have that reciever/running back body ive seen from numerous athletes..so if anybody has any input, kind or even harsh words that will help keep me focused please do not be afraid to give your insight..Currently i have been mixing Crossfit with the TRX suspension trainer with of course core/functional exercises and just started adding in more cardio to shed the body fat..well i will surely keep you all posted…get at me….todays workout was 5 sets o5 5 squat which i havent done in forever, just always hated it due to lack or ROM and what not, so i used the smith machine today, core/abs and full body on the trx..well get at me..My goal is 195-200 lean by May 11 my 26th birthday

Have you had any luck with the TRX? I have been thinking about trying their military 12 week training program.
